Activist Barabash was detained in the "Avn case"

Activist of the initiative group for the referendum "For responsible power!" Kirill Barabash was detained in the "case of the army of the will of the people." This was reported by "Mediazona" with reference to the lawyer Dmitry Dinze, who represents the interests of another person involved in the case, Alexander Sokolov.

Barabashi, like other members of the group, was charged under part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of activities of an extremist organization). The activist is placed in the temporary detention center of the metropolitan Ministry of Internal Affairs on Petrovka 38.

Early in the morning on Wednesday, a search was searched in the "Avn case" in the apartment of Barabash. It was carried out on the basis of a resolution issued by the Judgment of the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow Diana Mishchenko at the request of the investigator in particularly important cases of the Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Central District of the capital of Major of Justice Natalia Talaeva, which is conducting the case.

The wife of Barabash Daria Kucheryva explained to Mediazone that after a search in February 2014, the family does not hold at home any computer equipment, except for a laptop used by her daughter to study. By the appointed time, the activist appeared to Talaeva without a lawyer. At 11:20, the investigator called Kucheryava and said that her husband was detained and placed in the IVS.

The group "For responsible power!" It was formed in 2010 by members of the prohibited army of the will of the people, headed by publicist Yuri Mukhin. He also headed a new structure. The group calls its task a referendum on which the law on the liability of the deputies of the State Duma and the President should be adopted: at the end of each cadence, it is proposed to be encouraged or to be encouraged, depending on the results of the work.

Meanwhile, the TFR claims that the true goal of Mukhin and his supporters was "a loosening of the political situation towards instability and the change of existing power illegally."

At the end of July, Mukhin was detained and placed in a pre -trial detention center . At the same time, two more activists of the group were arrested - Valery Parfenov and economist Alexander Sokolov, known for his journalistic investigations published in RBC.

In mid -August, Mukhin was transferred under house arrest. Meanwhile, Parfenov and Sokolov were left in a pre -trial detention center. Their period of their content there was extended twice; The last time - until January 22, 2016.

The question of the situation with Sokolov, his colleague in RBC, Mikhail Rubin, on Thursday, asked Vladimir Putin during a large press conference. Rubin suggested that Sokolov was arrested for his journalistic investigations. Putin promised to figure out the situation.

So, on November 4, he, together with his colleagues in the group, participated in the campaign "Russian march - for the Russian revenge" in the metropolitan district of Schukino, which was also carried out in support of the aggression of Russia in Ukraine.

In the fall of 2012, the drum was running for the opposition’s coordination council, but did not gain the vote necessary to choose the number of votes. The activist was walking along a general civic list after he was refused a nomination from the nationalist curia.

The drum was charged with part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or hostility) on the fact of the appearance of a video of his speech on the Internet.
