Karl Mars, who was detained on December 12 at Pushkinskaya Square, was forcibly brought to the Tverskoy District Court on December 17 and is going to be tried under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobeying a lawful order of a police officer) in the absence of a defense lawyer.

According to him, on the morning of December 17, the postman brought his parents a telegram with a call to the police department by 12:00. After he arrived at the police station at the appointed time, he was forcibly brought to court.
