On December 12, during the dispersal of the inconsistent march of changes on Pushkinskaya Square, a random passer -by, a young man named Karl Mars turned out to be among the detainees. It was held for almost two days in the Meshchansky police department and drew up a protocol on it for disobedience to the legal requirements of police officers. Mars told the OVD-Info how everything was.

In general, I was going to go to the cinema and passed by. I live in Small Gnezdnikovsky, Pushkinskaya Square is visible from the window. When I went to Tverskaya, I saw a cluster and decided to pass by, see what was happening. And he saw the police who cordoned off the crowd and asked people to leave this place due to the fact that they create a crush and interfere with the passage of citizens. It was a little strange, because they themselves cordoned off, and not people created this crowd and prevented the citizens from passing. I just watched this out of cordon just a couple of minutes. But at some point I saw how a young strong young man began to beat an elderly man. He was with such an orange scarf with the emblem of Russia. My grandfather was elderly, I could not look at it calmly and to distract his attention pulled him by the scarf. Of course, he was distracted, the crowd immediately separated him from an elderly person. He swung, I bent down so as not to participate in the fight, and ran. Literally a hundred meters I managed to run and, when I turned around, I saw instead of him a policeman who was running after me. I was so scared that I fell. He immediately fell on me, hit me with his head on the ground and broke his hands. It was somewhere at 13:08.

Nobody, of course, was presented to me, to the questions on what basis they delay, no one also gave an answer. For some reason, I was taken to stand behind the Christmas tree. For minutes, probably, ten were held there and away from the sidewalk so that no one would notice, led to Avtozak. There I was already met by OMON employees, they also did not answer any questions. After that, they delivered to the department. There they all first put us in some kind of meeting room, also no one was competent to answer questions, everyone was very nervous. And they put, in my opinion, for an hour or two in the cell. After that, someone more authorized, began to make a report, checked my passport. By this time, three hours have already passed since the detention. They gave me a protocol, he was only half filled, I had to fill it myself. They showed a report that was absolutely fake. He was written under a carbon copy. We, who were brought, were eleven people; Two Nodovtsy (apparently, we are talking about the members of the Prochrevsky movement SERB- ATS-info ), who were immediately released. They took all my things, laces from me. When they took away, the inventory, of course, did not compile. There were no witnesses either.

Put in the camera. There I sat until the next morning. Then they called a second time, conducted a search. Before that, there was an inspection, because I myself got everything out of my pocket. And when they searched, a police officer comrade me in response to the question of why without witnesses, he said: “Well, I don’t spend thoroughly.” After that, they put it back in the camera. My camera was separate (the rest was put in two), but somewhere for half a day a boy who beat his wife came there. He went in and left again - as I understand it, he was interrogated. There is a difficult story, because he was still thrown two grams. Apparently, his wife's father called someone to be closed. After some time, they brought an individual diet. Further appeal was quite normal.

In the morning (December 14-OVD-Info) we were collected, everyone was returned, I have no complaints about this. And the most interesting thing began: when we all arrived in court, at some point we realized that 48 hours passed, but we are still held in court. We notified the police captain of this, who came with us from the police department. She already at that time asked the bailiffs not to let us out of the courtroom, because of the five who came, two managed to escape. Then we were all distributed to different judges, and the secretary of my judge said that they would not consider such a case and return it to improvement. The girl who came with us was very worried, almost burst into tears. After that, we wrote statements that at the first demand of the Tver court we will come. And we were released.
