Vladimir Putin has always been considered a man who "does not give his own." No loud scandal, no clan games could make him get rid of an unpopular minister or a presumptuous governor. And this has always been presented as presidential valor, as the ability of Putin to keep a blow and protect his associates from any vicissitudes of fate. And as a special political style of the president who is not afraid to go against public opinion and even lose in the ranking - just not to show that he is subject to pressure, that he can be forced to make someone else's personnel decision. No, if you are with Putin, it means that your political future does not threaten anything.

But how wonderful it looks today, when Putin publicly protects the Seagull, Turchak and Rotenberg. One is from suspicions of involvement in the corruption business. The other is from suspicions of involvement in the beating of a journalist. The third is in the use of ties in power to create a profitable scheme of wings from the population. After all, these are no political accusations, not an attempt to figure out the abuse of authority. This is pure criminality. The protection of Turchak looks completely different than the protection of Zurabov after the pension reform. A person, obviously involved in a crime, is not only not judged - he is not even removed from his post. They don’t even interrogate - why? And the president, at a press conference, dismisses the asking how from annoying flies - although the Russian government promised to investigate the beating of Kashin. However, she also promised to investigate the murder of Nemtsov. But not to fly for this in Chechnya?

It is in this salt of the Putin regime. Because this is not a regime of Chekist lawlessness. This is a regime of criminal permissiveness. The general prosecutor will continue to roof the family business. Governors will arrange beatings of objectionable. The oligarchs close to Putin will rob the Russians by introducing taxes into the air. And all this will be defended and welcomed - because it is for the sake of such permissiveness in Russia that come to power. Because it is precisely such permissiveness that allows you to make money literally from shit. Moreover, in a difficult sanction, when several old women are already a ruble.

Anyone who thinks that he confused Putin with questions about the Balalake Seagull, deeply mistaken. Not embarrassed. Putin is sitting there to cover the seagulls and balalaika. He is not so much a president as a look for a common thing. In Russia, this is a much more comfortable and profitable position.
