Saakashvili was fined 680 hryvnias for non -fulfillment of a court decision

The administration of the Odessa region of Ukraine represented by Governor Mikhail Saakashvili was fined 680 hryvnias (2038 rubles 55 kopecks at the rate of Sunday) for failure to fulfill the court decision. It is reported by "Duma".

The corresponding decision was issued on November 19, the chief executor of the enforcement department of the decisions of the Department of State Executive Service of the Ministry of Justice Andrei Nazarovets. As follows from the document whose fax is published by the publication, the deadline for the payment of the fine is one year.

The story began before the appointment of Saakashvili by the governor. In December 2014, a resident of the region Mikhail Tratnikov appealed to the administration of the region with a request for a personal reception of the then head of Igor Palitsa. Tentranov explained that he wanted to make a claim to the governor to the work of city and district authorities in issues of social protection. However, instead of an invitation to an appointment, he received an unsubscription signature of the vice-governor.

The tenkov filed a lawsuit to the Odessa District Administrative Court, in which he stated a violation of his rights. On June 26, 2015, Judge Oksana Vovchenko decided in favor of the plaintiff, obliging the governor to conduct his personal reception.

The Saakashvili team, which by that time had already headed the region, filed an appeal against Vovchenko’s decision. However, on September 22, the court of second instance upheld this decision in force.

Despite this, the invitation to the reception of Netatnikov was not sent. Then a resident of the region turned to the executive service. The Tarasovets notified Saakashvili about this, and after the expiration of the deadline established by law was fined the governor.

As the Dumskaya notes, if the head of the regional administration and now does not comply with a court decision, they will impose a double fine on him. In addition, the law enforcement agencies will be sent to the prosecution of Saakashvili liable under part 2 of Article 382 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (failure to fulfill the court decision by an official), which provides for up to five years of the colony with a ban on a profession for up to three years.
