The illegitimate authorities of the Crimea in absentia presented the coordinator of the headquarters of the Civil Blockade of the Peninsula of the Peninsula Lenur Islyamov. According to Mediazona, this was announced on the air of Russia-24 by the Crimean prosecutor Natalya Poklonskaya. The charge was charged in connection with the beginning of the energy blockade of the peninsula, which began after undermining the lines of power lines leading to Crimea from continental Ukraine.

Poklonskaya also said that a number of examinations were carried out in the Islyamov case.

The politician himself commented on the “15 minutes” to the official of the official: “What Mrs. Poklonskaya says does not have anything in the rational region. She, being an employee of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine, to whom she swore at one time, had to understand that she now had nothing to do with what was happening in Ukraine.”

“There is a decree on the commodity blockade ,” added Islyamov. “The same will be about the impossibility of supplying electricity to the Crimea. And this will be done at the legislative level.”

The case on the fact of the energy unit of Crimea was opened on November 25 , after two days of the blockade. It is investigated in part 2 of Article 281 of the Russian Criminal Code (sabotage committed by an organized group and entailing grave consequences), which provides for 12 to 20 years of the colony. What structure has aroused and investigated the case, it was not specified; According to Article 151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Russia (investigation), this should be the regional head of the FSB.

The large Crimean Tatar businessman Islyamov is a citizen of Russia who, before the annexation of Crimea, who lived in Moscow. Some time after the capture of the peninsula, he moved to Kyiv, and in mid -2015 he acted as the main initiator of the food blockade of Crimea. He also later announced the need for the energy blockade of the peninsula, and recently announces the sea blockade .

The FSB case reported the initiation against Islyamov on November 2 , three weeks before the energy blockade. The special services did not explain by which article it was initiated, specifying only that they opened the case on October 22. In the case of Islyamov, a number of searches were held. In Crimea, the security forces appeared in the house where the 82-year-old father and the 76-year-old mother of the businessman live. They also came to his sister. In Moscow, they searched an apartment where the son of Islyamov lived at that time. After the search, he went to his father in Kyiv.

Also, searches were held with former employees of the ATR Crimean Tatar television channel - Lily Budzhurova and Elzara Islyamova. After the television channel moved in the spring of 2015 to Kyiv Budzhurov and Islyamov remained on the peninsula and opened a new project - the television studio of Qara Deñiz Production. Searches were also carried out at Islyamov enterprises - in the Simsititrans transport company and the former ATR premises. In addition, they searched the editorial office of the regional site "15 minutes" (in December the editorial office of the site also moved to Kiev).

Later, the Bank of Russia suspended the license of the Jast Bank belonging to Islyamov.

On December 3, Poklonskaya reported thatthe court arrested the property of Islyamova . The official did not exclude that the property of Islyamov would be confiscated to compensation for damage.

On December 10, searches in the Islyamov case were held by the Simferopol journalist Roman Spiridonov and his parents. Later on the same day, the journalist was questioned. Previously, Spiridonov also worked on the ATR channel, and after the editorial office to Kyiv became an employee of Qara Deñiz Production.
