The Tverskoy Court of Moscow returned the FBK lawsuit against Prosecutor General Chaika

The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow returned the claim to protect the honor and dignity of the Anti-Corruption Foundation to Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika, RAPSI reports .

According to court press secretary Anastasia Dzyurko, the claim was returned due to an incorrect power of attorney for FBK lawyer Ivan Zhdanov.

Previously, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow returned the FBK claim due to the lack of jurisdiction of the Prosecutor General in this territory.

Employees of the Anti-Corruption Foundation intend to challenge Chaika’s statement that the investigation into his sons’ business is false. The FBK investigation says that the eldest son of the Prosecutor General, Artem Chaika, owns a joint business with the ex-wife of the Deputy Prosecutor General, Olga Lopatina, who, together with the families of members of the Tsapkov gang, created the company “Sugar Kubani”. The investigation also tells about the business of the youngest son of the Prosecutor General.
