According to investigators, Prasolov ordered to allocate 5.5 million rubles from the reserve fund of the Taganrog administration to pay a certain entrepreneur for allegedly performed work on cleaning and removing snow from the streets of the city during the emergency response in January 2014.
The report says that the person involved in the Prishpetnaya case subsequently, at the direction of the mayor, entered into a municipal contract with this individual entrepreneur and paid for the actually unfulfilled work.
