Ecologist Evgeny Vitishko was released

Kuban environmentalist Yevgeny Vitishko was released from colony-settlement No. 2 of the Tambov region. This was reported on Twitter by the Environmental Watch for the North Caucasus, whose activists met Vitishko at the exit from the colony.

Earlier, the Tambov Regional Court approved the decision of the court of first instance to replace Vitishko's remaining term in the colony with restriction of liberty. He will spend the rest of his term at home, in Tuapse.
