FBK for the third time filed a lawsuit to the prosecutor General Seagull

The Corruption Foundation filed a lawsuit in the Tver court of Moscow on the protection of honor and dignity for the prosecutor General Yuri Chaika. About this, as TASS reports , said the representative of the plaintiffs Ivan Zhdanov. According to him, this is the third attempt to file a lawsuit.

Earlier, the Presnensky court of Moscow returned the lawsuit FBK in connection with its indecence. "The plaintiffs consider the seagulls violated by their rights, which, in their opinion, extended information against the plaintiffs that defeated their honor, dignity and business reputation. At the same time, from the claim and the materials attached to it it follows that the information contested by the plaintiffs, in their opinion, are widespread by the Seagull as an individual, but as the general prosecutor of the Russian Federation. The location of the General Prosecutor's Office does not belong Presnensky court, and jurisdiction of the Tver court, ”the judge said in the decision of the judge.

The Tver court also returned the previously filed FBK lawsuit. The reason, as the press secretary of the court explained, was that, according to the materials submitted, Ivan Zhdanov was not authorized to submit an application on behalf of the plaintiffs.

On December 1, the FBK posted on the Internet the film "Seagull". The picture states that the son of the Prosecutor General Artem Chaika invests tens of millions of euros in Greek business and real estate. Also, the investigation is mentioned by Olga Lopatin, the ex -wife of Deputy Prosecutor Gennady Lopatin. According to the FBK, she owns 25 percent of the company "Sugar of the Kuban", with the same shares the wives of the bandits from Kushchevka Sergey Tsapk and Vyacheslav Tsepropy .

Yuri Chaika accused the FBK of lies. In response, the Fund filed a lawsuit in the Presnensky district court of the official to protect his business reputation , as well as claims for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation of the authors of the investigation, including the founder of the FBC Alexei Navalny.

On December 14, the seagull called the customers of the "False Film" about the activities of his family. According to the Prosecutor General, the investigation of the Corruption Fund is Brighter and the US intelligence services. The purpose of the film is to discredit the Prosecutor General and denigrate the Prosecutor General personally, as well as “maximally extinguish the active phase of the investigation that is currently happening regarding Brauder, the seagull believes.
