The agency extended sanctions against Timchenko to the Swede of Sven Olson, Russian LLC Avia Group Terminal, LLC "Transsertvis" and offshores Lerm Trading, LTS Holding Ltd, Maples SA, Fentex Properties and White Seal Holdings. According to the American authorities, Olson and seven of these companies are controlled, provide material support or act in the interests of Timchenko and "his network". Companies included in the SDN list can no longer conduct business with US persons, and citizens - enter the United States.
Timchenko himself, whose fortune, was estimated at 10.7 billion dollars this year, was blacklisted with the US Treasury Blean in March 2014 as a co -owner of the Gunvor oil oil industry and a person from the near Circle of Vladimir Putin. The American authorities then said that Putin "has investments in Gunvor and he may have access to the company's funds."
Sven Olson was a member of the Gunvor board of directors. On December 22, the US Department of Finance has expanded the sanctions list by including Yandex money in it. In addition, the list includes a number of Crimean enterprises, including the Yalta film studio and winery companies Massandra and New World.
The sanctions list of individuals has also been expanded. It includes the ex-head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Vitaly Zakharchenko, ex-minister of education and science Dmitry Tabachnik, representative of the LPR in the contact group Vladislav Demoli, the "Minister of Foreign Affairs" of the DPR Alexander Kofman.
