In total, Rotenberg received five contracts worth 44.5 billion rubles, 47.8 billion rubles, 46.6 billion rubles, 35 billion rubles and 23.8 billion rubles.

The deadline for the execution of the first two contracts is from January 1, 2016 to July 31, 2018. The contractor should begin work under the third contract in April 2016, in the fourth - in May, in the fifth - in June, and complete for all three - July 31, 2018. The contracts and technical documentation on these contracts on the portal of public procurement of RBC could not be found.

The official representative of Gazprom Sergey Kupriyanov refused to disclose which work is included in the subject of contracts. The representative of the SGM was also unable to provide additional information.

The supply of gas to China through the Siberian force gas pipeline should begin in 2018 in the amount of 5 billion cubic meters per year, and then grow to 38 billion cubic meters per year. The first section of the "Forces of Siberia" Chayanda - Lensk with a length of 208 kilometers in March 2015 without a competition gave Gennady Timchenko to Stroytransgaz. The amount of the contract for it was not disclosed.

According to the head of the FAS Igor Artemyev, the department has not yet received a response from Gazprom to a letter with claims to the tender for the construction of almost half of the linear part of the gas pipeline.

He noted that he still did not communicate with the head of Gazprom by Alexei Miller regarding the claims of the service and letters of the FAS. "We generally rarely communicate with him, we did not receive an answer," said Artemyev. “We will wait a bit, but if necessary, we can initiate antitrust. I think that it will be necessary to inform the country's leadership about this tender,” the FAS head said.
