As OVD-Info was told in the initiative group “For the Preservation of the Troitsky Forest”, in Troitsk, activists distributed their own newspaper on the streets of the city for several days, criticizing the development project.

According to them, the police repeatedly demanded that they stop campaigning. In addition to the police, some people came in a jeep. They claimed to be Center E operatives. True, they refused to show their IDs, and when they offered to call the “ordinary police,” they quickly left.

According to the defenders of the forest, employees of a private security company close to the local authorities could pretend to be “eshniks”.
