The background of the arrest of Andrei Litasov in the presentation of his lawyer is as follows. A few months ago, when the Litasov’s parents continued to seek a criminal case of Maxim’s murder, his cousin, 51-year-old Vyacheslav Glotov, called Andrei, and asked him to go “to one man” with him, who shortly before he was released from the colony. Avanesyan says that during interrogation Andrei Litasov explained: they did not commit anything unlawful with Glotov, but only reminded Khanyukov of his promise to compensate for the costs of treatment for the victim. Andrei was released on a recognizance not to leave. All investigative actions took place without the participation of a lawyer.

After some time, as Litasov told his defender, Vyacheslav came to visit him to drink vodka. During the feast, the police unexpectedly entered the apartment, who took away drunk men to the department. There, according to Litasov, they were again treated to vodka and at the same time drew up a protocol of interrogation, which said that Andrei, threatening with a knife, demanded money from Khanyukov. Drunk Litasov signed a document. He later explained to the defender that no physical violence was applied to Khanyukov; According to Avanesyan, Khanyukov himself spoke about this during interrogation.

Vladimir Khanyukov, recognized in the case by the victims, died on November 5 - he was shot down by a car with a drunken driver while driving, says lawyer Avanesyan. The culprit of the accident was found in hot pursuit.

At the same time, the fact of the arrest of Andrei Litasov is not reflected in the resolution - it states that the victim "asked to consider the petition without his participation."

Making a decision on the arrest, the judge of the Apheronsky district court Serdyukov took into account that Litasov does not work and is registered with the narcologist. At the same time, according to the defender, Andrei had a serious concussion, which he received during the war in Chechnya - he served in the Maykop Brigade , which suffered serious losses during the assault on Grozny in January 1995.

Vyacheslav Glotov was arrested with Litasov, his interests in court were represented by a lawyer for their intended purpose, and the details were unknown.
