The judge of the Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow, Natalia Kuchina, decided to return to the prosecutor's office the case of ten members of the Ataka nationalist association, accused of creating and participating in an extremist community.
According to him, their lawyer Ivan Mironov, it is expected that after the case is returned to court, a number of episodes may disappear or receive a different qualification. In this case, 10 people are currently being treated, most of the accused are in a pre-trial detention center, the rest are under house arrest or under house arrest.
The members of the movement themselves assure that they acted within the law, and even from new members of the organization they took a subscription in which they pledged to comply with the laws. The movement is not currently recognized as extremist in a judicial proceeding, however, a number of texts written by Ataka members have been recognized as such.
