FBK lawsuit against the seagull for the third time rejected

Judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow Maria Moskalenko refused to accept the lawsuit to protect the honor and dignity filed by the Corruption Fund, as well as personally by his employees Alexei Navalny, George Alburov and Love Sobol to the prosecutor general Yuri Chaika. Moskalenko formulated the foundation for refusal as follows: "Since there is no mention of the plaintiffs in the statements of the defendant, actions (acts) are disputed insofar as plaintiffs that do not affect their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests."

Navalny assured that he would continue to seek consideration of the claim for the Seagull.

On December 1, the FBK published the film "Seagull" on the Internet . It states that the son of the Prosecutor General Artem Chaika invests tens of millions of euros in Greek business and real estate. Also, the investigation is mentioned by Olga Lopatin, the ex -wife of Deputy Prosecutor Gennady Lopatin. According to the FBK, she owns 25 percent of the company "Sugar of the Kuban", with the same shares of the wife of bandits from the village of Kushchevskaya Sergey Tsapk and Vyacheslav Tsepropy .

The claims were filed in the Tver and Presnensky district courts. The Tver court refused to accept the document, saying that the FBK lawyer Ivan Zhdanov was not authorized to submit papers on behalf of the plaintiffs. The Presnensky district court indicated that in connection with the whereabouts of the Prosecutor General’s Office, he was not jurisprudent. A repeated lawsuit in the Tver court was filed on December 23 .
