Anshakova's case was returned to the prosecutor's office

The peace judge of the 363rd judicial section of the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow Karina Morozova returned the case of the head of the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights Mikhail Anshakov, who was accused of concealing the arrested property. This was reported on the website of the OZPP. This decision of Morozov explained by the formal basis - the uncertainty of a number of circumstances of the "crime", in particular the time of its beginning and end.

As noted, the initial trial was entrusted to another justice of the peace, but the chairman of the Khamovnichesky district courtViktor Danilkin unexpectedly removed the case from production and transferred it to Morozova.

“This indictment is nothing more than a collection of legal jokes,” Anshakov commented on his case. “The crime event was absent. The“ hidden ”property is in full safety.”

Anshakov is charged with the sale of 3 out of 15 units of office equipment and stationery, to which the bailiff of the Khamovnichesky department of the capital's head of the FSSP laid out. Such a measure was adopted as part of the enforcement proceedings on the recovery of 105 thousand rubles, which, according to the FSSP, the company "City Bureau of commodity examinations", led by Anshakov, owed to a certain individual.

Subsequently, the FSSP stated, the verification of the arrested property showed that three units of office equipment and stationery were lacking. After that, the FSSP investigator opened a case against Anshakov under Part 1 of Article 312 of the Criminal Code (illegal actions in relation to property arrested), which provides for up to two years of the colony .

At the same time, in fact, the 1999 system unit, the 2011 monitor and a metal box for paper, the concealment of which was imputed by Anshakov, are still in the OZPP office. The total value of this property is estimated at 1300 rubles.

On October 1, Anshakov was detained at the station in Moscow and delivered to OP Khamovniki. Later on the same day, he was released under an obligation of a appeal for an interrogation to the bailiff. The security forces explained the detention of a social activist by the fact that he was put on the federal wanted list.

After the charge from Anshakov, they took a sign of a lower way. The case was investigated by a group of three interrogators - as stated in the relevant decree of the Khamovnichesky department of the FSSP, "in connection with the special complexity and large volume of the upcoming investigative actions."

In 2013, Anshakov was fined 100 thousand rubles on charges of slander, for proved that the Cathedral of Christ the Savior is actually a business center. This summer, the scandal caused the OZPP memo on trips to the Crimea.
