The investigation considers the driver to be the customer of the murder of Boris Nemtsov. According to the Investigative Committee, it was the driver Ruslan Mukhudinov, who drove the deputy commander of one of the Chechen battalions, ordered, organized and paid for the murder of a politician. Nemtsov’s family and his friends do not believe in this version. They agree to consider Mukhudinov only one of the organizers of the murder, "and the lowest link", and his "appointment" is guilty - an attempt to cover real customers of the crime.

The Investigative Committee of Russia first named the name of the customer of the murder of Boris Nemtsov. It became Ruslan Mukhudinov - the driver of the former deputy commander of the Chechen battalion "North" Ruslan Geremeyev. According to the investigation, it was about him, as a kind of “Rusik” , who promised 25 million rubles for the murder of an opposition policy, that the alleged crime actor, a former fighter of the same battalion “North” Zaur Dadaev, said in the investigation.

The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested Mukhudinov in absentia in November. It is declared in the federal and international wanted list and, according to investigators, is now hiding in the United Arab Emirates, as he was able to leave Russia on a fake passport. According to the TFR, Mukhudinov’s involvement in the murder of Boris Nemtsov and his role in this crime is confirmed by the results of the examinations and the testimony of witnesses. However, the family and friends of Nemtsov consider Mukhudinov an ordinary performer.

After General Krasnov was removed, the course of the investigation changed. And as a result, the arrows are actually extremely assigned. Ruslan Mukhudinov is an ordinary member of the gangster group who was preparing the murder of Boris Nemtsov. He performed the functions of the driver of one of the organizers of the crime, and also played an intermediary role, that is, he transferred the weapon, carried the money and so on, which, in fact, allowed the investigators, formally clinging to these facts, to declare him the organizer and customer of the crime.

To put it mildly, this is very exaggerated. I believe that investigators should show maximum attention, firstly, to the figure of Ruslan Geremeyev. We know that he miraculously escaped from the arrest at the very beginning of the investigation, when, unlike Dadaev, he managed to run to Chechnya, and there he was covered in the village of Julka - this is the family village of the Delimhanov clan. I believe that both brothers Delimhanov should be immediately questioned. Adam’s elder brother is Kadyrov’s “right hand”, at one time he was suspected of involvement in loud political murders, in particular, he was put on the international wanted list in connection with the investigation of the murder in Dubai Sulim Yamadayev.

Investigative actions - objective and honest investigative actions - will give an understanding that traces lead to Moscow offices

I believe that Alibek Delimkhanov should immediately be interrogated - this is the commander of the North battalion, in which both Geremeyev and Dadaev served. Combat subordinates are key suspects in the murder of Boris Nemtsov. I believe that Ramzan Kadyrov himself should be interrogated - I do not allow the thought that people from Kadyrov’s closest encirclement, officers from his power structures could organize such a loud and daring political murder without putting the head of the republic. At the same time, I’m not sure that Kadyrov himself - if it really turns out that he is involved in this crime - is the last link.

It is likely that the investigative actions - objective and honest investigative actions - will give an understanding that traces lead to Moscow rooms. Therefore, I believe that Moscow friends Kadyrov, people with whom he has a long and close relationship should be interrogated. This is General Viktor Zolotov - a former chief of security Putin, and Vladislav Surkov is a former deputy head of the presidential administration. In general, in this matter there are a lot of questions and a lot of potentially involved in the murder of persons. However, the investigation, apparently, does not give a damn about it, and the main task is to appoint switchmen so that the country's leadership could report that the case has been disclosed, ”said Ilya Yashin.

Judging by the official statement of the Investigative Committee, the case against customers and the organizers of the murder of Boris Nemtsov and, in particular, Ruslan Mukhudinov, will be allocated into separate production. As part of the investigation of the crime, five were arrested: Zaur Dadaev (the investigation believes that it was he who shot politics), Temirlan Eskerkhanov (he was charged with surveillance of Nemtsov). According to the investigators, the information was supplied with information by information and Khamzat Bakhaev, he also had to cover them after the crime. The investigation does not reveal the role in the crime of Anzor and Shadid Gubashev.

On December 29, after the charges of the final edition, Shadid Gubashev abandoned his previous testimony, saying that he had stipulated himself because of the pressure provided to him. Earlier, having accused the investigation of the use of torture, Zaur Dadaev also abandoned the confession.
