Iran conducted training shooting near the US aircraft carrier

Iran’s boats carried out training firing missiles in the immediate vicinity of the American aircraft carrier Harry Truman. Although the missiles were not aimed at the aircraft carrier, the United States regarded the actions of the Islamic Republic as "unreasonably provocative and unsafe."

According to them, Harry Truman and the Nearby American destroyer Buckley and the French frigate "went to the international recognized corridor for shipping" without going into draws of territorial waters. The Iranian Navy by the radio warned of the beginning of training firing, asking the captains of the ships not to deviate from the course.

According to sources, Iranian boats released several uncontrollable missiles from a distance of about 1.4 kilometers from the right side of the American aircraft carrier. Rocket flight paths did not cross and were not superimposed on the courses of ships, merchant ships and the line of the corridor.
