The statement of the administration of the Turkish leader says that the mention of the German Erdogan period of the reign of Adolf Hitler was submitted incorrectly, and some media outlets interpreted a quote in the opposite sense. In fact, Erdogan’s comments were supposed to demonstrate that the presidential system could exist in a unitary state, but neither the presidential nor the parliamentary system guarantees the lack of abuse of power.
