Pavel Gusev escaped from snow captivity near Orenburg and asks President Putin to deal with the Ministry of Emergencies and the governor
Pavel Gusev - 25 years. He lives in Orenburg, works in a construction company. On January 3, he, along with a pregnant woman (at the 9th month) wife, miraculously escaped from death.
His car - like still dozens of people - was in Snezhnoy Potor during a blizzard of more than a hundred kilometers from Orenburg. People spent 16 hours like that before help came to them. One person, Eduard Zinnurov , died, many received severe frostbite. Departing from the shock, Pavel Gusev wrote down a video message to President Vladimir Putin asking him to figure out what happened, to help the victims and deal with our Ministry of Emergencies: “Where is the technique, where is the specialized equipment? What, in Russia there is no equipment that can easily break through the snowy dawn and pull out people? We did not need to save our lives and children, in fact, if they did not make a day in a day, the weather would be dragged by all 80 people? .. Our Russia is a great state.
The descriptions of what happened on social networks were terrible:
"Orenburg-Orsk (P336) highway !!! We were born in a shirt !!! I know for sure that the man died (the video is visible) there were two children without dad (((((((they say in the kind of child there is still a 6-year-old child, and how many frostbite ... some burned in the car everything that the grandmother had a stroke, you look in the car of injured people, children and goosebumps. You think hours, minutes, seconds, you look at the clock, display with gasoline consumption and maaaaalenic gap in the fading lights of accidents in front of standing cars. Industrial College, Ilinka villages (on TV - all super, all saved) Friends, please make a repost of this entry, let everyone know how our Orenburg government works (we sat in anticipation They worked? 20:00. Да, знаю многие скажут, что сумасшедшие, поперлись с ребёнком в дорогу, объясню - днём в Оренбурге было ясно, позвонила родственникам в Светлый(куда ехали) сказали, что с Оренбурга приехали люди, дорога есть. Выезжая с Оренбурга, на выезде стояла машина ГАИ, ни один не соизволил выйти, остановить, предупредить, что дорога закрыта And so they launched several dozen cars on this terrible journey, we stood on the road at 20:00 01/02/16, began to call about 15 mines after the rescue service, called, called, called, they promised, promised, promised, have 20 minutes, wait for 40 minutes and so we spent 16 hours, 16 eternal, terrible, expected, expected, expected. It’s scary to be terrible, you understand that we live and do not have any problems, all trifles, everything is real.

A terrible trip began on January 2, says Pavel Gusev :
- There was just excellent weather, nothing foreshadowed trouble. We drove the Orenburg post, it was deaf at the post, there was nobody, no traffic police officers. And, having refuel in Orenburg, we went towards Orsk, to Svetlinsky district, to parents. We drove along the Orskaya highway, there were no hints of changing the weather. The parents called, the parents said that the wind was on the street, a small spark, but the highway was open, the Gazelle Orenburgskaya came to them there. We rode boldly, nothing foreshadowed trouble. We reached the village of Krasnoshchekovo, went with his wife in a cafe, took them on the road to eat and left. On the road from Krasnoshchekovo stood traffic police officers, stood without flashing beacons, they had nothing to turn on, I don’t know if they were in this car. They did not stop us to, for example, to warn that the road was closed. They say that you can’t leave and all that. The SSMECK on this day was also not received from the Ministry of Emergencies, no one blocked any roads. We also came across oncoming cars from Orsk. And we boldly drove.
- And warnings are usually in winter, you are waiting, checking them? Could they go unnoticed?
- No, they are not unnoticed. Before the New Year, in December, there were several SSMECs of these from the Ministry of Emergencies: “Caution, a storm warning! The wind is 27 meters per second”, and all that. My wife calls me, she also comes to SSMESK. We are watching this. And on this day there was nothing, no warnings. And they did not stop people at the posts. I am now asking - the Sesapes have come for the third day, they sent everyone about the "storm warning". And the second was nothing.
We, these nine cars, remained just to stand and die
- That is, this is an ordinary winter practice for you that you need to beware, check, so as not to get into such a snowy mash?
- Yes, of course, we look. We didn’t just go, we called our parents, found out about the road, they said that the road was open, you can go, and they were also informed about anything like that. But on this area, just an unprecedented something happened to nature, indescribable! We drove the village of Ilyinka - nothing. Kidryasovo drove. And after Kidryasovo, having driven from him literally 20 kilometers, not reaching 5-10 kilometers from the Mednogorskaya fork, fell into snow captivity. From nowhere to get this wind with snow - not even to see a standing car in front, you can’t even see your hood, nothing at all! And we got up. They stood for 15 minutes - a man knocked on my car, says: a car stuck in front of us, let's get together, drive it up and go further so that we do not stand on this section of the road. We went, reached this car, the wind was the strongest, blown away. It was even difficult to breathe, there was not enough air. The face instantly froze, his eyes stuck together from the cold and this snow. We tried to push the car, and she seemed to go. I returned to my car, sat down, but the column as stood and stood, did not move further. After some time, we began to call the Ministry of Emergencies, ask us to pull out, say that we were stuck and we need special equipment. We were told: "Wait, we have left for you, they will soon." An hour later, KAMAZ came snow -cleaning, with a shovel. The man came up to me again and said: "Come, there another car stood in his way, across the road, blocks his path. So that he clears the way for us so that we would go." We went again, we were 10 people. We pushed this car again, it moved towards Orsk, and we went to our cars. A snow -cleaning car passed by Orenburg, not lowering the shovel, just walked along the column, turned back and went towards Orsk. There was no action to save us to clean our path or something else. Although there was a chance - it only started, we only got up, the cars still moved, we could leave.
We began to continue to call the Ministry of Emergencies, ask for help, they said: "Wait, wait, special equipment has left for you, people go to you, you will be fine soon, they will save you." An hour passed, another ... Then, after an hour or two, the old Kirovets came with a shovel-butter, came from Kidryasovo, that is, from Orenburg. The man knocked on our car so that we turned up already in the direction of Orenburg and drove after him. He lowered his shovel, began to move, and we seemed to go after him. Literally two kilometers we drove from the first place of the stop and stood up. And the tractor went in an unknown direction. There were nine cars in this beam. And after us there was still a mash further, from which we drove away, there are still a lot of cars. And here we, these nine cars, remained just to stand and die. And the rest of all the people who were there further stood and died.

- And what distances are we talking about? How many kilometers were to the city? Were there settlements nearby? How much did you need to drive?
- We were far from Orenburg - 100 kilometers, the distance was also decent to Orsk. The closest villages are Ilyinka, 15 kilometers to it, Kidryasovo is 20 kilometers from our parking lot. That is, to go there, in fact, if the tractor is in such weather, and we would have left everything from there. It also remained literally 10 kilometers to the Mednogorsk fork. That is, the intervals from the settlements were small, 15–20 kilometers.
Cars get stuck and that's it!
“But you actually stood in a naked field.”
-In fact, yes, in a clean field, the nearest something is 15 kilometers. The steppe and the track is there.
“Why didn't you go for the first tractor?”
- The first car that came, she did not clean, she just walked herself, turned around and left. And the first Kirovets, which began to clean, we drove behind him, drove a kilometer, and the car column is large, there were 10 more cars ahead of us, and this column after the tractor disappeared, and we also got up in the column. And what happened to the tractor, why didn’t we go further - I don’t know why he didn’t bring us to the end. We, too, tried to do something, said: let's somehow roll out while the cars are driving more, it is just beginning, but it is simply impossible on cars. They tried to break through, 5-10 meters moved forward - the cars get stuck and that's it! Only heavy equipment - KamAZ, tractors - could break on it. If they cleaned the road, we would boldly rode them.

You can’t sleep - everything, a person will freeze
- And what was the temperature?
- In the car showed the temperature overboard - minus 23. And plus the strongest wind, which simply blown away. He blown the large men simply, demolished him from his feet. The cars were brought in snow very quickly. The cars were quickly stalled, gasoline ended. The cars simply could not withstand the onslaught of this weather, generators, engines froze, batteries sat down, gasoline ended. People began to freeze. People warmed up as they could. There were boys, there were five people in the car, and they had a grandmother who suffered a stroke in this car. They took off their things, underwear and burned it. They burned their fines, burned insurance, all the paper, everything that burned. They torn off the upholstery from the seats, burned everything to keep warm. And these guys who burned their things had the strongest frostbite of their arms and legs. Grandmother alone also received the strongest frostbite of arms and legs there. My wife and I, when my car stalled, sat until the last in it, tried to warm up somehow. I tore all the covers from the car, which were, the sun-cutting film, which was attached to the window, covered a pregnant woman so that she somehow warmed. Then I feel that we can no longer sit in the car, and went to look for neighboring cars to let us go. We were allowed by the guys who stood ahead of us, two, Ruslan and Dmitry's name. They let us in, we sat there, also not for long, however, because the car also began to freeze. And the boys say to me: "You have a pregnant wife, there is RAF-4 ahead, a foreign car, it is still warmer in it, maybe they have a place, they ask you to let their wife go there." I went, reached this Raf-4, and these people, Alexei and Venus, with the child, the girl was called Lera, let my wife warm up, and the boys and I remained to sit. They warmed up as they could. They rubbed their hands, legs, jackets. There was one jacket superfluous, and we in turn in turn to each other gave each other to cover our hands and legs, so as not to freeze. Then my wife began to worry that we and I separated, and I also had to transfer to RAF-4. And the boys remained in this car until the last. We exchanged phone numbers to call up. Because the boys already wanted to sleep, but you can’t sleep - everything, a person will freeze. And I tried to call them every hour, 30 minutes so that they would not fall asleep, somehow wake them up. And in this RAF-4 we sat for 15 hours.

You just feel how death you breathe in your back, stands next to you
We got on January 2 at 9 o’clock in the evening in this mash, and we sat until the last called the Ministry of Emergencies, but we only said: “Wait, wait, wait ... They go from Orenburg, from Belyaevka, from Kuvandyk, from Mednogorsk, Orsk ... From everywhere, there will be a technique. Snowmen will be left from Orenburg. Special tents, tea, you will be delivered to you now. Heat, shelter, they will do everything to you. " There was nothing! There was nothing at all! In some places, people of seven people climbed into the car in order to somehow save each other, to warm up. It was terrible! People did not know what to do. Hopelessness! You just feel how death you breathe in the back, stands next to you and gets closer to you every second closer and closer. Seconds lasted an eternity! Then we survived a kind of night, it began to dawn, and we still called the Ministry of Emergencies. There were terrible operators, girls who rudely answered: "We had to sit at home! There is nothing to climb. Who called you there? They themselves are to blame!" Nothing else. Of course, there were operators who were with us to the last, who morally supported us, said: “Hold on. Make it ... Do not get out of the cars, rub yourself. The technique is going to you, tolerate another 30 minutes, kilometers, two ...” We were somehow brought to life.
I want to say many thanks to these people who still saved us
Help came to us on January 3 at 12 o’clock, at the beginning of the first day. For 15-16 hours we stood in this carrier. Not the Ministry of Emergencies came to us, but an ordinary old "kirovets" with a shovel and Kamaz-vakhtovka. In this KAMAZ there were a couple of PPS employees, that is, ordinary police officers, and traffic police officers were driving in the cab. I saw one employee of the Ministry of Emergencies, I don’t know how he got into our column. He saved, I know, grandmother, did not allow her to die to the end, she still received frostbite, but he saved her as he could. And there were no more Emchens. And these people, Depeesniki, pulled us out, helped to get out of cars, broke glasses. Such people were simply brought into the shift - just a lump of frozen! He does not even move, everything cannot. We rubbed them ourselves, who had vodka-vodka, someone was given a drink so that a person did not die. Everyone, as they could, held on.
On this shift, we drove the whole column, saved everyone, 38 people, if I am not mistaken, counted in the shift. They pulled us all out. And we went, moving after the tractor, to the nearest village of Ilyinka, where we were drunk with hot tea. Local paramedics arrived, provided the first necessary assistance, who frostbite, had a stroke from his grandmother, and they took the heavy ones, put them in their "ambulance" and took further. And we were drunk with tea, smoked, they went to the toilet, rewrote the police, traffic police, asked who remained on the highway of the car, recorded our data. Then they put them and drove us to Kuvandyk. In Kuvandyk we were placed in a local hostel. I want to say a lot of thanks to the police officers, the traffic police who saved us, to this EmcheeSnik, who spent 15 hours with us, Kuvandyk hostels who greeted us, fed the first and second, hot, who allocated us rooms, someone double, three-seater, warm blankets gave, everything that is necessary. Everyone who warmed us up, drove us, then put us on trains, buses and sent home, who needs to do where, or back to pick up their cars. I want to say many thanks to these people who still saved us and did not abandon us!
Nobody warned us, this is a continuous lies!
On the 3rd, we arrived in Kuvandyk already at 8 pm, we were warmed there, we spent the night there, and on the 4th day my wife and I were already in the city, houses. I also want to say many thanks to the Kuvandyk road management, engineer Nikulin Vasily Nikolaevich, he was in touch with other people who were sitting in another car, until the last, on the phone, he talked until help came. And also to Vladimir Ivanovich, through whom I was looking for my car after he was evacuated, thanks to him for saying where my car is, what is with her. And the Kuvandyk parking lot, the chief of Aspanov Zainal, drivers Vitaly Kazakov and Babenko Alexander, who pulled out our cars from this snow captive and who then at this penalty park, in boxing warmed up all the cars, loaded our batteries, blown out the carburators, who had filters, led cars to normal. They could start and work. Thank you so much! Thank you for there are people who do their job! There were many more children there, infants, there were so many people! It was terrible! Although the media report that we were warned everywhere - no one warned us, stopped, there was nothing, it was a continuous lies! No hot teas during this jam, our captivity, were not brought to us, they were not delivered, there was no one. Никакой специализированной техники, ничего! Ни эмчээсников, никого не было вообще!
– Как ваша жена все перенесла?
– Да, слава богу, с нами все обошлось, мы не обморозились. We were lucky. Жена себя нормально чувствует, все хорошо. Только стресс такой, конечно, перенесли.
Владимир Владимирович примет соответствующие меры
– А вы общаетесь с вашими товарищами по несчастью?
– Да, общаемся, конечно! We continue.
