North Korea announced a new video testing of a ballistic rocket of the submarine, presumably, it could be carried out in December. In Seoul, the video does not believe in the authenticity

The video was demonstrated by the Central Television of the DPRK, RIA Novosti reports. It is noticeably different from what covered the tests conducted in May last year. The new video shows that the rocket is almost vertically soaring into the air. On the May shots, the corner was only 45 degrees, after which the rocket fell into the sea. Experts considered the May launch unsuccessful, despite the victorious relations of the DPRK.

The video is also in charge of Kim Jong -un in a double -breasted coat and hat, which watches the start. The rocket soars up, goes into the clouds, and the next frame demonstrates how it, breaking through a layer of clouds, goes up, turning into a luminous point.

New video frames are not dated, but, presumably, the start was carried out during the exercises on December 21.

The video should demonstrate the power of the North Korean army and a noticeable increase in its potential, which, combined with a nuclear test conducted on Wednesday, should impress the world community and citizens of the country.

At the same time, the military of South Korea consider the new video testing of the ballistic missile of the DPRK submarine a new video testing. This was reported with reference to the data of the Ministry of Defense by Yonhap. The details on what basis these conclusions are made are not given.
