On January 9, a replaced single picket was held on Manezhnaya Square, on which two activists were detained as a result of the provocation. Irina Yatsenko and Mark Galperin were taken to the police department, where administrative protocols were drawn up on both. On January 27, Irina Yatsenko should be held by the court session. Many, probably, are already aware of what happened last night on a traditional opposition single picket on Manezhnaya Square. Mark Galperin and for some reason was detained and Delivered to the police department of Kitay-Gorod. There we were issued decisions on an administrative offense of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code: Violation of the established procedure for the organization or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket. Part 8 is charged with the brand, I am 5 (if I remembered correctly, but not sure, because I refused to sign the protocol, I didn’t take it with me).

In principle, morally I was ready for such a development of events. Therefore, a trip to a car carrier with Sirena, oddly enough, was not for me something frightening, rather absurd.

I want to say right away: in my place, any of those who came that evening to the Manezhnaya Square could be to express their protest. And I am infinitely grateful to everyone who was waiting for me near the Kitay-Gorod police department, for the sake of the sincere joy, hugs and kisses that I got (in my opinion, absolutely undeservedly), it was worth sitting in the “cage” for two hours. Frankly, for me this is a new experience, I am a law -abiding citizen, until that moment I have never even fined me for the transition in the wrong place ... Endeoptable over teaching! ..

Therefore, I ask you, do not say that I am brave, or some special. I was just unlucky (or, conversely, lucky!), And it was my turn to expand my poster right at the moment when the team was given to disperse the protest.

I want to add something that remains behind the scenes.

Understanding that the actions of the two women from the GCDs who were constantly spinning around us are clearly provocative in nature, at the request of Mark Galperin, I ran to look for police officers to ask them to help and take the provocateurs from the square. I found a policeman near a car carrier behind Zhukov’s monument. At my request to approach us and remove the provocateurs, the police officer told me that I would not worry, next to us and so full of police officers in civilian clothes, and that this autozak is here for those who are holding a picket now, and that everything will be fine there now. This is the first moment.

The second point. I managed to stand with a poster with the strength of about five minutes. Because I stood directly to the place of events, and perfectly saw a chain of police officers who pulled a half -ring around us. Therefore, when the unknown man did not understand where the unknown man raised his poster “I am against Plato”, the police reacted almost instantly: they grabbed the brand and provocateur and led them to the car carrier. And only then they returned after me. At that moment I just stood with a folded poster and tried to comprehend what was happening at all. In Russian, speaking, stupid ...

When I was brought into a car gut, at the first moment I got angry. It was dark there, I saw only the silhouettes of two people and viciously asked: well, who is here of you against Plato?! I heard only Mark's voice, sat closer to him and made a post that Mark was detained and he was being taken to the China Gorod police department.

While we were honored, with Sirena, as dangerous criminals, they were taken to the police department, I could not but stick to the person, because of which I first ended up in a car carrier. I asked what his name was. He said that he was not informed to strangers of his name. I kindly suggested getting to know each other: my name is Irina, and you? He was silent. Then I asked how much he was paid for it? He did not answer again. I left him alone, only expressed the hope that it was worth it ...

But this is the lyrics. And the most interesting thing is that despite the detention of three people in the “cage” of the OTD Kitay-Gorod was only me and Mark Halperin. And protocols about violation of Art. 20.2 “In the amount of about three people” were presented only to me and Halperin. And when I asked the Major, who presented me a drawn -out protocol, who was this third and why his surname was not inscribed in my protocol about the violation, he answered me that there was no third! He is not reported at all, how many detainees are being taken in a car carrier! I think it makes no sense to explain that on the basis of all of the above, we can conclude that all events of the Saturday evening on January 9, 2016 were a pre -planned joint action of the police and provocateurs of NODs.

Why is this done? I will call it this: terrorism at the state level. There is only one goal - to intimidate people so that it is disgusting.

Therefore, my personal position is as follows: I don’t want to go to court, I don’t want to participate in this farce. What is the point of proved something in the court that has gone from the police?

But all those people who waited for me for two hours in the cold, vied with the vocepage, began to tell me that I needed to consult with a lawyer. I would be the last pig if I had not listened to their advice. I don’t have a lawyer, but I promised that I would definitely find, with whom you can talk on this topic.

Now I finally got to what I, in fact, write ... Sorry for many letters.

Now I have a lawyer from the human rights center Lev Ponomarev, a special gratitude for this Alla Frolova. She convinced me that it was not worth giving the maps of the policemen. Our goal is not to go to jail, but to continue to fight the criminals who seized power.

To my great regret and shame, I don’t know almost anyone from the names and surnames of those who were with me on the square yesterday, and who could act as a witness under the name of the court (excuse me, call it the “court” does not turn). I have a huge request to respond to those who agree to come to court if there is such a need. And also, if someone has photo or video materials, also respond.
