Strangers in their country

Comments that filled the social networks after the film of the film of the fight against the corruption of Alexei Navalny about the prosecutor-gang clan of the seas can be summarized with two phrases: "Nothing new. And what can you do-everything is useless?" Talking with people in Russia - close, far, but living there; Those who, fully realizing the absence in the country of the law, nevertheless, does nothing to correct the situation, I painfully tried to recall: that the situation is reminiscent of when the imperious gangster clan is indifferent not only to commit crimes against property and state management of “their own”, but also against freedom and personality ( killing children in the Krasnodar Territory ), and society patiently does not try to do anything with this? At the same time, both the president and the Prime Minister explain to the society: "We will figure it out, but how and when-we know." That is, "themselves", and not according to the law of the country, the prime minister and president of which they are. According to the law, the triumph of which the Prosecutor General, the employees or relatives of which have common property interests with the killers of children, is obliged to guarantee.

The analogy came - terrible, but accurate: "Germans in the city." My grandmother said that in 1943, in her village, occupied by the Wehrmacht, a German officer shot a twelve -year -old boy who caught fish in a former fishing pond returned to the landowner who came with the fascists. The boy was sorry, but none of the villagers had even thought to contact the German administration in Pyatigorsk and complain: what can you do, the Germans are invaders, they are in their right. Someone, according to my grandmother, even used to say: rightly, you can’t wean it differently. The parallel is direct: today the prosecutor-Banditic community kills children for the sake of their goals, and most citizens perceive it as evil, but as an evil. Someone even argues that under the troughs he was some kind of, but order.

I am now explaining about the same thing to my French partners and employees who sincerely cannot understand how a Russian government official, caught by abuse of official position, has not yet resigned, or at least why crowds of citizens who learned about this did not take to the streets demanding this resignation.

The country is occupied. It doesn’t matter that the language of the invaders is Russian, it is important that they have their own laws for themselves. That Russian society accepted this. As it was in France in 1939-1944: also, go, the people did not go out into the streets when the children of the French, Jewish faith were sent to death camps? Although everyone understood that the Germans and the administration of Marshal Peten were doing crimes. The French are offended, but the meme of the occupation of Russia gives them a clear understanding of what is happening in my homeland and why Russian society suffers this.

Putin's occupation will not end with the arrival of Soviet troops. They have nowhere to come from - there was no free territory in Russia

By the way, asking this French question-“Why, knowing that prosecutors do lawlessness, you don’t go out onto the streets, or at least do not spread the Navalny’s film on your fb tapes?” - I received such an answer to my relatives living in Russia: "If we leave, we will not help anyone, nothing will change, but we’ll have personal problems. And we now have other worries: work, family, homeland." It is said precisely in such a sequence as it was written on Peten's propaganda posters of the occupation pore: Travail, Famille, Patrie . Probably, this is how the Russian and French undergrounds were responsible for those who got a job in the occupation administration friends in response to a proposal to put up leaflets.

The Nazis and the peoples of the countries occupied by them lived according to various laws. Of course, the Wehrmacht had their own courts - and they punished for crimes against their German soldiers. However, for theft, violence against the local population, the responsibility was fundamentally different. Exactly the same situation today in Russia: belonging to the Putin clan makes an official or bandit in a non -appropriate judicial system. Of course, if the seagull stole anything even from the driver Putin or did not punish the offender of one of the children of Peskov in time, they would have found a council very quickly at him. And to ensure the responsibility of "their" for indulging the murders of ordinary children is not the task of "internal conceptual justice."

At the same time, the population, ordinary people, perfectly understand what is happening. And to blame them for the fact that they do not go out with open demands of the resignation of the prosecutor and the president is like accusing the inhabitants of the occupied Soviet villages and cities that not all of them went underground and, risking life and freedom, did not fight against the Nazis. After all, there was not a single case of complete independent liberation from the Nazi occupation during the Second World War - even the Poles and the Yugoslavs did not succeed.

The situation is sad. Friendly liberators are not expected, and most of the economically active population collaborates with the invaders and does not really crave a change of power. Therefore, sooner or later you will have to answer with her. Obviously, if prosecutors take bribes, then someone gives them these bribes. According to the legislation acting for ordinary Russian citizens guilty of corruption crimes (when both Navalny and Co come to power), both the invaders and collaborators will be recognized. That is, both officials and successful businessmen - since a successful business outside the state in today's Russia is impossible. A successful connection with the state is possible only if there is a corruption connection with an official representing the state in a particular business service.

So the entrepreneur Araz Agalarov writes an article in which he calls on colleagues from business elites: “Courage. Yes, it’s not sweet to us now. The sanctions, the fall of the ruble exchange rate-and all because of the authorities of this. But if they drive them out, then they will drive us out too. It’s better to temporary losses than the fear of constant criminal responsibility.” And the elite heed. Of course, no one of the significant oligarchs (and, as a result, less addicted businessmen with a smaller caliber) openly supported the seagull. But after all, no one (even on advertising rights, like Agalarov) with a demand to remove and judge the prosecutor, too, also did not write!

At first glance, sadness of the current situation does not give the right to faith in a bright future, since the invaders have already managed to draw clear lines of red flags for the population, which almost no one is going to enter. The condemnation of the civil activist Ildar Dadin is perhaps very similar to the indicative execution of the partisan caught by the pasting of leaflets. Everyone - both the population and the invaders - understand that they are not shot for this. But the population will remain silent, because it is clearly demonstrated: to the one who dared to express their opinion is to be unequal. And the invaders, seeing such humility, will once again be believed in their impunity.

However, you need to understand: you can’t strengthen on bayonets for a long time. The suitable in the short term may be problematic at the long time. Of course, if representatives of the population struggling with the invaders apply an adequate action strategy. Active opposition (Navalny) first of all, it is necessary to upset the union of prosecutors with businessmen, and for this, to offer, for example, a clear scheme for the decriminalization of the giving bribe (any bribe is extortion; in accordance with this temporary legal doctrine, the crime is committed only by a bribe taker). This will allow everyone, in whom any representative of the authorities - from the traffic cop to the prosecutor, extorted a bribe, testify against the invading, not afraid to be his neighbor on the bench of the defendants. This will create a "liberation army" inside its occupied country. The Russian opposition needs to recall: the Putin occupation will not end with the arrival of the Soviet troops. They have nowhere to come from - there is no free territory in Russia.
