The events of New Year's Eve, when in Cologne and other cities of Western Europe, hundreds of women became objects of sexual harassment from the side, including seekers of political asylum, caused a noticeable confusion in many minds. But not in Russian, of course, there, there were participants in public discourse deeply and, apparently, for a long time. Opponents of unlimited reception of refugees, not without gloating, remind that the consequences were warned more than once, his supporters are depressed by the fact that it was and the hedgehog is clear, but to believe in the best properties of a person is much more noble and more pleasant than in his low instincts. Their strong argument: Europe, contrary to the dark fears, has not yet been rolled up, is not going to fall apart and was not worried. In a geological sense, indeed, there were no special shifts, and civilizational shifts are not immediately seen.

In Germany, sentenced by his chancellor to the highest degree of humanism, however, there are such progress. In police protocols, for example, in order to avoid any hint of refugees, the violators are called "persons of the North African and Middle Eastern appearance", which is ridiculous to resemble "persons of Caucasian origin" of the times of the Chechens and Georgians in the Moscow metro. The burgomaster of Cologne Henriettte Rector, a professional fighter with xenophobia and the apologet of the “Helling Culture”, made recommendations to women , advising them to behave more carefully (though she was later forced to apologize for her words). Being a feminist herself, the river invites German women to observe a certain code of behavior: not to appear in public unaccompanied, not to approach strangers closer than an extended hand, not to dress defiantly and not wear short skirts, lower their eyes when meeting with a man and not to stick out their femininity at all. We must show due respect for cultural customs, the observance of which refugees has an unconditional right.

Already these first signs allow us to understand in which direction the process of integration of newcomers from the Middle East will go. And it would be true-it would be absurd to expect that people running from the horrors of war, during some two or three generations, will unconditionally master European ideals and lifestyle, abandoning the morals and values of their homeland, many of which, by the way, are rooted in religious attitudes. There is never too much humanism, and the “welcome culture” involves the opposite more: the readiness of Europeans to listen to the requirements of immigrants and to meet them. The meeting is halfway, that is, in the middle of the value scale, will not offend anyone. It is not at all necessary to introduce medieval customs, but Europeans cannot do without reducing the ethical bar. Without spending strength in vain on the unattainable - on the cultivation of new Europeans, it is better to immediately focus on the re -education of old Europeans. Especially in those areas where you can expect their stubborn resistance - for example, in the issue of protecting personal freedoms - you will have to resort to measures of effective coercion. What can be integration without approaching European norms of behavior to the level of refugee representations? From this it is clear that the Moral Code for Europeans and the "Rule of the extended arm" is a step in the right direction.

There is, however, the aspect that the “Culture of Asseling” has still ignored the incident. But you can’t dismiss from him, no matter how slander and neither Yarnicha! The immigrants have not only material and highly spiritual, but also physiological needs. They are certainly the sexual attraction. The whole “welcome culture” would be incomplete and deeply prudent to satisfy this basic instinct. It is not enough for the sufferers who fled from faithful death to provide only three meals a day, a roof over their heads, language courses, work and high -quality leisure. According to German security agencies, up to 80 percent of the flow are men aged 16 to 25 years. This is the heyday of male forces and desires. The time when, according to Babel, "a man is frozen." The overwhelming high pressure of testosterone drives, including these men in liberal Europe, as irresistible as the impuritability of life in their homeland. The British philosopher Roger Skruton even called the entire resettlement wave a "testosterone campaign."

It is worth recalling that the reverse side of the "Culture of Assumption" is the "culture of rape" (the official term of gender research and theory of feminism). The peoples have long been divided into those who were hospitably offered to random guests of their wives in order to refresh the gene pool and prevent closely related crossing, and those who preferred a stranger to rape. The mastery of women of defeated peoples is an archetypal expression of the status superiority of the winners. It is perceived by triumphs not just as a privilege, not just as a bonus for risk and courage, it is deeply rooted in the psychology of the conqueror. To defeat the enemy, to conquer the other people - always meant not only to kill their men, but also to rape his wives and daughters, leaving their own genetic trace forever. Violent sexual intercourse is a sign of the enemy’s complete and final crushing, the climax of victory. Not only the peoples of antiquity resorted to him, throughout the history of mankind, he spontaneously accompanied all wars until our time. According to the UN, only during the war of the Hutu tribe against the Tutsi tribe in 1994, 250 thousand women were raped in Rwanda. From the novels of Kopelev, Solzhenitsyn and others, we know that during the liberation of Hitler Germany, at least hundreds of thousands of non -schools were subjected to the Soviet army by the Soviet army. Similar cultural excesses were frequent with the occurrence of Western allies.

The European Middle Ages, especially early, teeming with examples of the "rape culture", which at that time was not considered at all something out of the ordinary. Saga, tales, ballads, chronicles and epics are full of stories about dubious removal of this kind. The most disgusting crimes on this basis, mind you, did not desecrate the reputation of the heroes in the eyes of the descendants. From the Old Russian epics, we learn the not too romantic story of the marriage relations of Prince Vladimir and Polotsk Princess Rognede. The proud daughter of the Polotsk Lord Rogvold guilty only because she rejected the matchmakers of Vladimir, who was still reigning in Novgorod, and preferred his brother Yaroslav. Vladimir, offended in his best intentions, Rogvoldov burned the table city to the ground, and with a beautiful gastard, demonstratively and brutally mastered the eyes of her captive father and his native brothers, before he betrayed them with a painful death. The son of a label, Vladimir, Vladimir, according to legend, used to carry up to 800 hiking wives, not necessarily noble blood in a wagon. And what? Has it spoiled his reputation in the eyes of contemporaries and descendants? It was not at all: he baptized Rus', and he was counted to the face of the saints, and the monument was erected at the place of baptism of the Kyivans, and the nickname was assigned a childish touching-Vladimir Krasno Solnyshko.

If the problem of legal concern of refugees is not satisfactorily resolved in the very near future, events can begin to develop according to the Swedish scenario. Once a quiet and even boring country has now been in second place in the world in the number of rape and other crimes on sexual grounds. Such a cool take -off can hardly be explained only by the legendary Scandinavian temperament, especially since it coincides in time with the mass arrival of refugees. The first place in the ranking, by the way, is firmly held by the South African kingdom of Lesoto, where the catch of ownerless girls remains the old custom of festivities.

At the same time, there are a whole fan of options on how to tactfully solve the problem that actually has become the main side effect of the current migration wave. In Germany, in particular, the institution of volunteers who devoted themselves to dedicated caring for European households is perfectly developed. It can be assumed that many of them feel the need to defuse the situation and knock down a pointlessly high degree of emotions among immigrants, which cannot help the distribution of packages with mineral water. Someone can be persuaded to the comforting mission with examples of higher mercy from world literature-at least from the stories of Guy de Maupassant. The Christian churches of Germany, which sheltered in the parish premises, tens of thousands of foreigners, could recall the experience of temple prostitution, in the ancient world extremely popular, but today preserved in the south of India. This cultural institution of the Ancient World would allow you to kill two flies with one blow: to fill the believers with impersonal churches and Kirschi, and God's piggy banks with generous alms.

Finally, in Germany there is a well -organized sphere of sexual services, which have long been withdrawn from the "gray" economic zone. It is clear that in the current situation, refugees do not have funds for regular visits to these well -set establishments, which is the real reason for their humiliating street aggressiveness. The social state of Germany is obliged to make sure that, along with other forms of benefits and benefits - food coupons, travel tickets, input tickets for Oktoberfest, etc. - help was provided with help that could satisfy this need. One can imagine the distribution of subscriptions that facilitate accounting, or strictly limited funds that meet the tariffs of public institutions that meet the highest standards. Thus, it will be possible to guarantee that the allocated budget money will not fall into a certain black hole, but will return to the blood circulation of the German national economy. This is the only way to carry out bold dreams about the new chance for Germany, as the Chancellor Merkel in incendingly formulated them under stormy applause.
