
Dagestan investigators opened a criminal case on the murder of a chosen one. The victim received stab wounds when he discussed with the head of the village the problems facing the administration.
The crime is suspected by the head of the village of Gurik of the Tabasaran district. He is charged with Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code ("Murder"), the official website of the Republican Directorate of the IC of the Russian Federation reports.
According to investigators, on January 13, 2016 at about 21:00 the suspect was near the house of the deputy of the village assembly of Alimurad Ramazanov. There, a quarrel broke out between them, associated with "previously arising disagreements in resolving official issues."
During the conflict, the head of the village inflicted three blows to the opponent with a knife in the chest area. Ramazanov died on the spot.
During the inspection of the scene of the incident, an instrument of crime was found - a kitchen knife. The suspect was detained in order of Art. 91 and Art. 92 Code of Criminal Procedure.
