Iranian President Hassan Rukhani called the nuclear agreement and the abolition of sanctions "turning point", which opened the "golden page" in the history of the country. He waits for investments of tens of billions of dollars, and not only in the oil industry, for which in the conditions of falling prices it is more impossible to rely.
The implementation of the requirements for the implementation of the Agreement on the Atom on Saturday was reported by the head of the IAEA Yuki Amano, after which the EU authorities announced the complete, and the United States - the partial lifting of sanctions from Tehran.
On Sunday morning, Rukhani spoke to Majlis (parliament) in connection with the transfer of budget draft lawmakers. The head of state noted that everyone is satisfied with the result of the agreement, with the exception of Israel and supporters of the tough course in the US Congress.
He noted that what happened is the Golden Page in the history of Iran. Now the country should fully use the opening opportunities "on the comprehensive development of our economy."
The main task of Rukhani proclaimed an increase in the standard of living of the population. "Today, a new period of development of the country begins, when Iran, based on its own strength, will carry out the 6th five -year development plan, which, I hope, will be adopted by the Mejlis," TASS quotes the president.
“A decrease in the share of oil revenues in the budget should not be an end in itself. This process should be accompanied by the development of other industries,” Rukhani noted. “Therefore, the state will welcome foreign investments in all other industries ... Oil price fell to $ 30 per barrel, decreasing by 75%. In this situation, we cannot focus only on this source of income.”
According to Rukhani, "from 30 to 50 billion dollars will be invested in the economic industries that create new jobs, and these investments will have a significant effect on the state economy.
Agreement
SVPD for the Iranian nuclear program - an agreement concluded by the Six Foreign Minister (five permanent members of the UN and Germany Security Council) and Iran on July 14 in Vienna. Its main goal is to limit the processes of enrichment of uranium, which should guarantee the impossibility of creating a nuclear bomb.
In accordance with the agreement, the number of installed centrifugs by two -thirds will be reduced at the Iranian enterprise in Natanze - from 19 to 6.1 thousand first -generation devices (IR -1). Of these, only 5060 centrifuges will enrich Uranus for 10 years. Moreover, within 15 years after the agreement comes into force, the degree of enrichment of uranium should not exceed 3.67%, and its stocks will be reduced from 10 tons to 300 kg. All centrifuges in excess of the quantity agreed in the agreement and the enrichment infrastructure should be moved to warehouses and contained under the control of the IAEA.
The enrichment of Uranus in the country will have to go only at the enterprise in Natanze. The object in Fordo will be reproduced for the production of stable isotopes for industrial and medical purposes. The reactor on heavy water in Arak is reconstructed, after which it will not be able to develop weapons plutonium.
