According to the Ministry of Emergencies, after receiving information to the scene "to release people and eliminate the consequences of the accident, fire and rescue units of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and other emergency response services." 31 people and 13 pieces of equipment were involved in the liquidation of the incident, including 11 people and 3 units of equipment from the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
