Judge of the Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow Leonid Garbar put Vladimir Ionov on the federal wanted list, accused of repeated violations of the procedure for holding public events. Ionov's case was returned to the prosecutor. Lawyer Olga Dinze, representing Ionov’s interests, reports this from the courtroom.
According to the lawyer, since the court itself does not have the authority to search for a person, the case was returned to the prosecutor's office and the prosecutor was instructed to launch a search. If the accused is found, he must be detained and brought to court, after which the case can be reopened. “The matter is hanging,” Dinze summed up.
