Visitors to the exhibition of artist Valentin Serov broke down the door to the branch of the Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val (Central House of Artists), Meduza correspondent Ilya Azar reported.
According to Azar, there are two queues for the exhibition: one for regular tickets, the other for people who bought tickets on the Internet. The door was broken down by those who stood behind simple tickets. Some people managed to get inside, a stampede began.
After that, people with electronic tickets also began to knock on the closed door and chant “Open!” According to Ilya Azar, it is very cold outside. According to the Gismeteo website, it is -14 degrees Celsius in Moscow.
