The conflict provoked by the statements of the head of Chechnya, who called the Russian opposition “enemies of the people” continues. On Friday, in the center of Grozny there will be a thousands of rally “In support of the course of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin and the head of the Chechen Republic R.A. Kadyrov ". The slogans of this rally are designed to reveal "goals, objectives and hidden motives of the Russian opposition." All the Russian opposition anti -Hooms became the anti -heroes of Chokh: Khodorkovsky, Navalny, Gudkov, Yashin, Kasparov ... also on the list Russian journalists Viktor Shenderovich and Alexei Venediktov, separately Echo of Moscow and the party Parnassus. Even singer Andrei Makarevich fell under the distribution.
Thousands of residents of the republic will be delivered to the rally. The heads of the areas of Chechnya and the heads of all organizations (primarily budgetary, as well as formally independent institutions, such as the Law Chamber of the Chechen Republic, etc.), the quotas of people are launched, whose appearance managers must ensure and be present personally. So, according to the “New”, only from the Grozny State Oil University to the rally, 2000 teachers and students should appear (under the threat of dismissal or deductions), the leadership of the administration of the Grozny district of Chechnya (administrative center - Grozny, the population of 125 thousand people) should provide 2000 people, and from the village of Petropavlovskaya Grozny district (population of more than 4000 people) should be present at the rally) 700 inhabitants. A similar scheme applies to all 17 municipal regions and 2 urban districts of the republic.
“In most budgetary institutions, the following practice exists: simultaneously with a statement about hiring, people write a letter of resignation of their own free will,” comments the teacher of Chechen State University. - My husband works in the police. Dates are not set on dismissal statements. Fear of losing work for any disagreement or a manifestation of dissent has everyone, and it is realized in this way. ”
All this week, employees of various institutions, as well as Chechen schoolchildren and students participated in flash mobach. All as one participants kept the leaflets with the hashtag "#Kadyrov Patriot of Russia." On the eve of the rally, on Thursday, at various points of Grozny, mini-campaigns were held in defense of Ramzan Kadyrov at impromptu stands. A rally-repection with the poster "Ramzan Kadyrov-Pride of Russia" was held at the Press House. On the contrary, the main Grozny mosque “Heart of Chechnya”, in the city center, gathered children with green balls. They were removed for evening stories, which are also designed to stimulate the patriotism of local residents.
The history of forced mass events in Chechnya originates since October 2006, when the 30th anniversary of the then Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Ramzan Kadyrov was celebrated.
This birthday has become the most magnificent birthday of Chechens in the entire history of Chechnya. The 30th anniversary of Kadyrov was unconditionally political, because on this day he reached an age qualification to appoint him as the President of the Republic. The appointment occurred in March 2007 and was accompanied by exceptional celebrations. On the occasion of the inauguration of the young President of Chechnya, 16 million rubles were spent (for those times - a lot of money, especially given the state in which the republic was after the war).
Almost all residents of Chechnya were involved in subbotniks to camouflage traces of devastation at least on the main streets of Grozny. Here is how an eyewitness describes that moment, the peer Ramzan Kadyrov, who worked in the government of the republic: “This was one of the very first public actions in support of Ramzan Kadyrov. I then worked in the Kadyrov Secretariat. In the evening, when they officially announced that he was appointed our president, they began to shoot from machine guns. The shooting was throughout the city. The next day, all government employees were taken to the threshold in front of the building. Women stood with bouquets of flowers. On the entire road of the presidential motorcade, young people lined up. The ceremony resembled the greeting by Rome of its emperor, as in the film "Gladiator". This was the first public action in support of Kadyrov. Then I remember 2009, the day of removing the regime of a counter -terrorist operation in Chechnya. Cars with the flags of Chechnya and Russia traveled around the city, with photographs of the Kadyrov, senior and youngest. These were in my memory the first mass actions, where people were forcibly gathered. Because people themselves, of course, would not have come ... In general, the Chechens often gathered for rallies in Grozny. I myself participated in such. But these were shares against the war, against the genocide of civilians, against abductions, stripes and universal disappearances.
I remember how the Chechens did not dare to participate in the memory of the murdered Natasha Estemirova. Then, along Putin Avenue, a handful of people passed and her colleagues Natasha, who came to a funeral from Moscow, headed her colleagues. The last voluntary protest action was in Grozny, it seems, in 2011. It was a small picket of women who tried to pay attention to war crimes committed in Chechnya. Such shares under the father of Kadyrov have always been allowed. So, the Supreme Court of Chechnya was constantly picked, in which the Cadet Lapin, accused of abduction of Zelimkhan Murdalov, was being considered. We protested against Ulman, against Budanov. Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov supported such shares. Moreover! At the federal level, he lobbied for the investigation of these cases, did a lot to get to the sentence. I also remember the action of the inhabitants of Grozny in 2008 against the first attempt by Ramzan Kadyrov to destroy the Dudaevsky memorial to the victims of the Chechen-Ingush deportation. Then we stopped this venture. But in 2011, activists who dared to go out with posters against the abduction - and this was mostly mothers with photographs of their sons stolen during federal scores - dispersed, posters and photographs tore, the organizers were taken to the police. And in 2014, when the memorial was nevertheless demolished with bulldozers, no one dared to go out. On this, the story of voluntary rallies in Chechnya ended. "
Until 2014, many rallies took place in Chechnya, but all of them were confined to specific dates: the Constitution Day of the Czech Republic (on March 23, 2003, a referendum was held in Chechnya and the Constitution was adopted); The day of the cancellation of the regime (April 23, 2009); Day of Russia - June 12; Akhmat Kadyrov’s birthday - August 23; Civil Consent Day, Unity and Reconciliation - September 6; The birthday of Ramzan Kadyrov (he is also the City Day, he is also a teacher’s day, he’s also youth day) - October 5.
Putin’s birthday was always magnificent in Chechnya. In 2014, the first record for Chechnya was a lot of thousands of procession. On Grozny Avenues, 100,000 Chechens were dressed in T -shirts of the Russian tricolor. They carried Russian flags, each - 600 meters long.
This year, in honor of Putin’s birthday, a large concert was arranged at the Akhmat-Arena stadium (home stadium for FC Terek, holds thirty and a half thousand spectators). “People were waiting until late at night. At some point, people were tired and began to climb over the fences, ”said the“ new ”viewer of the concert in honor of Putin.
What is interesting. All these patriotic events were clearly built according to the principle and likeness of similar federal events. The administrative resource was used to collect the mass, the organizers were the Ministry of Youth and Patriotic clubs of Ramzan, Akhmat, Putin. The appropriate attributes were prepared (posters, banners, t -shirts, flags, etc.). The slogans for events were composed by the leaders of clubs, the deputy minister for youth affairs, the chairman of the Patriotic club Ramzan Sado Meserbiev (before that was headed by the Akhmat club) and Chimaev’s towers , the ideologist of the Akhmat youth socio-patriotic movement.
An important point, indicating that the youth patriotic organizations of Chechnya were created and supervised from the same office well -known to everyone as “walking together”, “ours”, “newlywords” and, strangely enough, Russian nationalists, on whose marches the slogan “Enough to feed the Caucasus” for the first time.
In 2010, as part of the Seliger-2010 forum, the participants arranged an installation with the poster “are not happy with you” and with sticks of opposition and heads of foreign states in headdresses with Nazi symbols. Instead of faces, the heads had photos. Including - Lyudmila Alekseeva, President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, journalist Nikolai Svanidze, director of Quentin Tarantino and others.
On October 27 of the same year, the youth movements of Chechnya were marked by the political campaign “No Pasaran”. They walked through huge portraits of Berezovsky, Zakayev and other "national traitors". And on November 4, 2010, at the “Russian march”, “Nashists” arranged a similar public trampling with the feet of portraits of “national traitors”-all the same Berezovsky, as well as Mikhail Khodorkovsky and the head of the Moscow Helsinki group Lyudmila Alekseeva.
Mass shares with a religious agenda were also held in Chechnya. Moreover, what is important, they were voluntary-compulsory in nature. That is, the Chechens took part in them both in order and at their own free will. A large -scale event was organized on the occasion of Islamic relics (the things of the Prophet Muhammad and his daughter Fatima), delivered to Grozny in January 2013 by a special defect from Dubai.
“On that day, the roads were blocked along the entire route of the motorcade with relics from the airport to the mosque,” says the source of “New”. “Students and school students who greeted the motorcade were placed along the perimeter of this entire road.” The excitement by Russian Muslims regarding this event was approximately the same as the Orthodox in the case of the Holy Virgin belt, which was brought to Russia by the Andrei Fund of the First -Called (Chairman of the Board of Trustees of FAP, former head of Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin).
But the main religious event, of course, was a millionth rally in defense of the Prophet Muhammad, who took place in Grozny in January 2015 after the tragic events (attack on the editorial office of the magazine "Charlie Ebdo" of Islamic terrorists). Speaking at the rally, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov condemned the publications of caricatures to the Prophet Muhammad and harshly criticized the authorities of France, which "instead of condemning those who opened the shooting, and those who gave their caricatures a reason for this, organized a street show with slogans in support of permissiveness leading to bloodshed." The head of Chechnya was very indignant that "presidents, premieres and kings took part in this show." (By the way, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov took part in the march.) It was at this rally that Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Alexei Venediktov fell into the list of “personal enemies” Kadyrov. The first-because of his call for all Russian media, publish cartoons on the prophet. The second-because of the survey conducted at the Echo of Moscow, “Do I need to punish for calls for the mass distribution of provocative drawings?”, Which Kadyrov fiercely condemned. He called the “echo of Moscow” “an anti -Islamic mouthpiece” and warned: “I am firmly convinced that the authorities should call for the order of radio, which sowing enmity and hatred between people and peoples. Otherwise, there will be those who will call Venediktov to the answer. ”
The tendency to conduct rallies to demonstrate support and solidarity with the statements and actions of his leader first appeared at the end of 2014, after Kadyrov first fell under mass criticism (after the attack on Grozny on December 4, 2014, he announced the collective responsibility of relatives of the militants: 16 houses were burned, people were evicted to the frost and forced to leave Russia).
It was then that the mass rallies in Chechnya ceased to be confined to certain dates and became the political trump card of Ramzan Kadyrov.
