Several articles of the Wikipedia will undergo a second examination

According to Roskomnadzor, now seven articles of the Internet encyclopedia have been included in the register of prohibited information

Roskomnadzor initiates a second analysis of the articles of Wikipedia, which were in the Unified Register of Prohibited Information.

From the moment of entering this register, editors of the Internet encyclopedia have made edits. An additional expert analysis is required to understand whether the current version of articles complies with the requirements of the legislation, the press center of the department said on Friday.

It was noted there that on the basis of decisions of the Federal Drug Control Service (FSKN) and Rospotrebnadzor, seven articles are included in the register of prohibited information containing a description of the methods of production and drug use, as well as suicide methods.

Wikipedia was at risk of blocking in November last year. A month later, Roskomnadzor reported that FSKN did not cause complaints about four edited articles of the Russian Wikipedia , in which the department had previously seen the prohibited information.
