The Foundation for Combating Corruption and its founder Alexei Navalny filed a lawsuit for the fifth time to defend the protection of honor and dignity for the prosecutor General Yuri Chaika. “In this lawsuit, we again ask the Basmanny court to consider our lawsuit, but this time we attached an expert’s opinion, according to which the interests of Navalny are touched on the seagull’s statement,” Zhdanov said. Earlier, a number of metropolitan vessels refused to accept the claims for consideration, referring to the fact that "the interests of Navalny were not affected."

In his lawsuit, Navalny again asks to recognize the information that is inconsistent with reality, which defeat the honor and dignity and business reputation of the plaintiffs.
