Two inventors, Jay Flateland and Paul Rose, built a car that collects the Rubik's cube in a record time - usually it spends a little more than a second. Her best result, recorded on camera - 1.047 seconds.
The machine deals with a slightly modified chubby cube - on each edge in the center holes are drilled, beyond which the robot handles are held. The design uses six engines connected to the Arduino board, as well as four webcams recognizing the original state of the cube.
Below you can see the assembly of the Rubik cube with this robot in Slow-Mo.
Inventors apply for a world record. Now the record belongs to another car with a result of 3.253 seconds, and the human record is even worse - 4.904 seconds (English).
