
The dollar exchange rate to the ruble at the auction on Monday exceeded the mark of 78 rubles, according to the materials on the website of the Moscow Exchange.
At the opening of the auction, the dollar to the ruble decreased by 1.37 rubles and amounted to 76.65 rubles. The euro rate by this time dropped by 1.22 rubles and amounted to 83.02 rubles.
Then the dynamics of the courses turned into growth. So, by 11:19 in Moscow for one dollar, the United States began to give 78.80 rubles.
Earlier on Monday, it became known that oil prices continue to rise after statements by the head of the ECS Mario Drago. The regulator, in particular, announced the possible decision on changing its monetary policy at the next meeting in March. These words were perceived with optimism and caused growth in stock markets. So, the exchange indices of Europe at the opening of trading Monday demonstrated growth.
