Many people think that the swamp business has long been handed over to the archive. But the courts over the swamps never stopped. On December 2, when the trial of Ivan Nepomnya approached the end, Dmitry Buchenkov was arrested. This story is the most mysterious of all swamps. For a long time I did not publish the material, waiting for the opportunity to see Dmitry with my own eyes. Today I saw in a court to extend its detention . And all the questions fell for me. But, let's say I'm mistaken. In this case, try to answer the questions that I have.

Why was Dmitry Buchenkov arrested?

Naturally, I do not have the case materials, and I do not know much. But it is known that Buchenkova was identified as one of the most active participants in the events on Bolotnaya on May 6, 2012. As a defender of Sasha Dukhanina, I got acquainted in the process with the “Business 12”. Among the video materials, already then there were several episodes with the participation of this “person in black” unknown to anyone. Investigators called him a "visor". On those videos "visor" at least:

• Several times comes into contact confrontation with the police;

• He throws something like bottles from behind the demonstrators;

• twice lets a stream of gas from a spray can;

• Turning toilets over and convinces this to do others.

Perhaps other episodes with his participation are known to the investigation. Even then, we tried to understand who the “visor”, or “black”, as lawyers and journalists called him among themselves.

Buchenkov himself claims that he was not on May 6 in Bolotnaya. On that day, he visited his parents in Nizhny Novgorod before leaving for the forum in Greece. Vladimir understanding, the musician and friend of Buchenkov, says: he and Dmitry, in connection with the arrests that began after May 6, joked that they could feel safe, because both were not lucky enough to be in the square.

Does Buchenkov look like a person with a swamp?

The investigation uses shootings on which the actions of the "visor" are clearly visible. But the quality of the video is not enough to consider the face well. In the examination conducted by the investigation, a photograph from a 12-year-old passport was taken for a sample of Buchenkov’s appearance. I found several professional photographs of the “visor” with swamp, allowing you to make a decent increase in face in different angles (unlike passport photography). There were also photos of Buchenkov from 2009 to 2015. His appearance almost did not change.

At the anarchist actions, Dmitry, like a person with Bolotnaya, dresses in subcultural fashion. I specifically used these frames to see how they look in similar clothes. On the offered tables - "visor" and Dmitry Buchenkov. Judge for yourself, one is a person or two different.

The forensic expert with 35 years of experience, Gennady Khomutnikov, on the basis of the filming found, made an unequivocal conclusion: Buchenkov and “black” are different people.

Yes, they are similar. This type of face is infrequent and therefore striking. It is the type, not details. Therefore, it is easy to confuse two people.

As a photographer, I know well how easier it is to recognize a person in the photo if he is familiar with him in life. Pictures of the "visor" were already seen by many friends of Buchenkov. All at once and confidently said: it is not him.

Could Dmitry Buchenkov, after all, was on Bolotnaya, act like a “visor”?

1. People who saw the shooting of a "visor" most often describe it with the words "harsh, hard, fast, cold." Constantly in motion, very reactive. Through the crowd it seeps easily and quickly. I am confident in himself: everyone scatters, and he runs around the empty space to the minimum distance to the riot police to let the stream of gas from the spray can. Good sports training and martial arts experience are visible. With all his "exploits", he managed to avoid detention, although almost 500 people were taken away from Bolotnaya on that day. It seems that this person feels habitually and confident in an extreme situation.

Dmitry Buchenkov also went to the gym and even engaged in a classic boxing. But its main sphere is verbal. He is a political scientist, candidate of political sciences (dissertation "The phenomenon of anarchism in the political life of Russia at the end of the 20th century"). The author of the book "Anarchists in Russia at the end of the 20th century" (2009). Friends describe it as "phlegmatic", a balanced and unhurried person. Even the words "bore" and "brake" sounded. The acquaintance of Dmitry, by the movement, says that in a conflict situation he often "fell silent, blushed and went aside."

Criminal expert Vladimir Rubashny (expert of the Council under the President of Russia for Human Rights, an expert of the Public Chamber), who carried out the psychological testing of Dmitry, is so characterized by his personal type: “Psychologically complex and internal-controlled personality position, analytical warehouse, the desire for abstractions, is able to restrain anxiety, controls behavior and emotions, and to Psycho -traumatic situations reacts carefully, rationally.

2. The "visor" acts exclusively alone. It does not find himself in the forefront of standing when the police pierce and form a crush. He does not get into chains with other demonstrators. Usually he comes out from behind people, enters into martial arts with the police and disappears again in the crowd. Only with the acute need, it allows himself a quick and brief contact with the strangers who turned out to be nearby, throwing a pair of phrases.

Many told me about Buchenkov: "Typical Organizer." Not "stands", not the "leader" - it is the organizer, this is a little different. He creates a movement, organizes the club, publishes books and the newspaper "Moscow train". On processions, he usually goes with a megaphone in front of the column. On behalf of the movement, he submits applications for shares, registers premises, organizes conferences. That is, actually works as a communicator between the anarchist movement and the authorities.

I believe that Buchenkov in the Bolotnaya situation, first of all, would try to gather the people's acquaintances, whom the attacks of the police measured throughout the area, since the situation was dangerous, and he was used to feeling responsibility for them. And rather, he would try to enter into negotiations with the police.

3. "Vyre" more than once is in open space, as on stage, and is clearly visible from all sides. Actively moving along Bolotnaya, he more than once intersects with friends and associates of Buchenkov. But none of them reacts to “black”, and he does not come into contact with them. This is strange, because Dmitry himself is well known in motion.

Is it possible to assume that he nevertheless reached that day to Bolotnaya and, remaining invisible to all friends, joined the sole furious battle with the police?

When did you start looking for a "visor"?

The investigation knew about him from the very beginning. Mikhail Kosenko’s business inscription inscriptions, which are present, are presented by the “visor” actions, dated August 2012. Most likely they knew about him even earlier. Part of the filming where it is closely present was shot on May 6 by operatives. They already noticed in Bolotnaya and “led” a man in black.

Could the investigation find Buchenkov earlier?

In the search for the defendants, the investigation primarily checked the video frames of the marsh with card files of famous activists. Dmitry Buchenkov "lit up" long before the spring of 2012. Since 1998, he has been participating in protest promotions and anarchist movement. In 2009, he was forced to leave the post of associate professor of the Department of Philosophy of the Nizhny Novgorod Pedunity. In the same year, he moves to Moscow, where he teaches at the second medical institute. I found him on my filming from rallies in 2009. He writes in the magazine "Autonomous", participates in environmental movements and becomes an active member of "Autonomous Action". Moreover, he is engaged in public activities.

Moreover: in 2013-14, the Project V, created by Buzhavskaya, worked on Buzhenkov, created by Bushenkov. Cinema and lectures, charitable auctions and concerts, English lessons, crafts and much more were completely open there. Dmitry Kuzin says that “atypical personalities appeared on almost all open promotions, 99% corresponding to the description“ Secret Employee ”. When trying - quite in a friendly manner - people closed to find out the purpose of the visit and disappeared as soon as possible.” Is it possible to allow, knowing the increased interest of the center "E" in the anarchists that they did not have materials on BUCHENKOV?

We saw how the result was “dug up” by Ilya Gushchina, who appeared in the frame for only a couple of seconds and a barely touching policeman. How linked to the Ishevsky, who lived abroad, arrested immediately upon arrival in Moscow. They had to look for a "visor" with particular passion!

If Buchenkov is a “visor”, why was he not hiding?

The swamp business was widely covered in 2012-13. Newspapers wrote about 200 investigators who grow up the land in search of defendants. Markin on behalf of the SK threatened from the TV screen that not one of the "celebrated" on Bolotnaya would leave retaliation. In 2013, photographs of the “risk group” appeared - those who are looking for the investigation. "Verban" is in second place there. I know that on journalistic sidelines and among activists, this character was discussed even earlier as soon as the case file began to seep.

Photos of the “visor” were published in a heap of publications: Interfax , Novaya Gazeta , on Newsru.com, “Colt” and other sites.

Many participants in the events then left Russia at the slightest sign of the interest of "organs" in their people. Including left activists. The activist Filip Galtsov, who was familiar with Buchenkov, left as a result of pressure from the police. But even after he received a refugee status in Sweden, the “echniks” visited the relatives of Galtsov more than once.

It is hard to imagine that Bushenkov did not know about this actively interested in politics. And that the associates did not warn him about the danger, even if he "overslept" everything. Could the rational and judicious Buchenkov, knowing so many “sins” in Bolotnaya, not only not to leave, but also to continue public activity, to literally climb into the rampage?

Why was he arrested almost four years later?

This is the main mystery. There are two main versions.

1) The investigation knew that it was not Buchenkov, and decided to deliberately substitute it. Why? Pursuing the goal to finish off the remnants of the anarchist movement? Just because the boss wound the tail - how so, still the "visor" has not been caught? In this case, Dmitry’s case is bad and the court will simply spit on any evidence of innocence.

2) For some reason, the investigation first lost the sight of Buchenkov. But once someone saw his dossier or himself at the rally, remembered the pictures from the case and confused two similar people. In this case, the police identifying him may not act according to the evil intent of the investigators, but to make mistakes elementary.

I am sure that new circumstances that prove Dmitry’s non -involvement will soon become known. And I hope that not only we, but also investigators will agree to ask themselves all the above questions. At least in order not to look like idiots in front of their superiors.
