The atmosphere is heating up. We raise a voice at each other. We, of course, have a conflict. Some links are pouring to the points of the charter, law ... I do not remember these points, I am sad and a little boring. Somehow it’s stupid-adults with excellent professions swear in real trifles, being agreed in the main thing: we do not want to be together.
The case takes place at the pedagogical council, and “we” is the school “Intellectual” and ... and also the school “Intellectual”, only on the initiative . That is - the former gymnasium 1588. It is quite inconvenient to even describe the conflict when both sides have the same name, being, in fact, completely different organizations.
About a year ago, the “intellectual” was quite loudly protesting against the unification with gymnasium 1588. I can’t say that no one decided to unite , but still I would not risk making mistakes if I say that the majority was against it. There were rallies in which teachers, parents, and students took part ... it did not help. This battle "intellectual" lost. Formally, the union can only be voluntary, but with consent, we should have reduced the funding strongly, and in case of refusal - deadly, and we had to choose the first. And, when the choice was finally made, everything calmed down to such an extent that this silence could seem quite fertile to an outside observer. Say, how great it turned out in the end , and what did they shout? So, a third -party observer: it turned out not very cool. Further, I tell you as a commercial teacher who teaches a specialmat (additional mathematics in depth groups); My opinion may not coincide with the opinions of other people in the team - or may coincide.
That's what you think - for whom are schools in the first place? It seems to me that for schoolchildren. The other day I asked my students, how many of the gymnasium they know. In the eighth graders, the question caused obvious confusion-someone began to remember what schools they come to us from, someone confused the gymnasium with the "School League" (whose students really joined our school team). As a result, they agreed that they had no friends there. Eleventh graders showed themselves more informed-they knew about the existence of the gymnasium, one of them even went once to play volleyball with the guys from there (so, as he explained, he knows many who, but without names). The other had a common close friend with one of the gymnasium students, and the third one had a friend who released from the 1588th (only now they met for a fusion). This is all, of course, not complete zero, but ...
For comparison: when I myself was a schoolgirl in the "Intellectual", from the Lyceum "Second School" I just had a bunch of quite close friends through the geographical Olympiad movement; Those who were engaged in more mathematics had similar acquaintances in the 57th, in the 1543rd, in the Sunz. .. Moscow schools are not autonomous, and various connections between them have long existed - only these connections are far from random, and the gymnasium 1588 with the "intellectual" is united only by the geographical position. You see, yes? When the association was colorfully advertised a year ago, it was argued that it would help to better teach schoolchildren. But they do not know almost none of the attached! That is, in a sense - at a meaningful level, at the level of children - there is no and there was no merger. Surprise, gentlemen officials! It turns out that in order to truly connect the two organizations, it is not enough to push them into one legal entity and tamp them in this person.
We will try to get along
Well, we still do, but all this happens with difficulty, with distrust, painfully. More difficulties than new opportunities
In the light of the foregoing, the question arises - why cannot everyone also ignore the association, as students do? The question is not elementary, but now I seem to begin to understand the answer. In state organizations there is a bunch of any bureaucracy - the procedure for remuneration, rules of receipt, access control, personnel policy, principles for paying for additional services - and we all must be documented uniformly. Unlike schoolchildren, the administration can ignore the merger only bypassing the law. In Russia, of course, a lot works bypassing the law-but such an opportunity is absent from a school, which at some point has entered into a direct confrontation with representatives of the authorities. And the “intellectual” entered, yes.
A specific stumbling block was the composition of the managing council. In short, imagine the voting order when each voter puts forward four out of four candidates to a certain body and then people get out according to the number of nomination. Quorum - two -thirds. Working scheme? More or less. But here you have a situation when clearly “less”, and not “more”: voters are divided into two blocks - a little less than two -thirds and a little more than a third. The large block carries out the primaries in front of the vote, and on the main vote, everyone votes the same. What will happen? If the small block takes part in the vote, then they will not hold a single candidate, no matter how voted. And if they will boycott the vote - everything, Basta, there will be no quorum. Why is the composition of the managing council generally important, why can not you choose random people there and leave this body exclusively nominal? Yes, because we do not believe each other, even we are afraid of each other in a sense. If you, leaving on vacation, will need to leave the keys to your apartment just in case, you will agree to leave them to a stranger? I think not, even if he promises not to go to your apartment without need. So here. None of the schools want her to be ruled by people from another school. Now the situation looks somehow like this -we will try to get along, what else can we do, but this all happens with difficulty, with distrust, painfully. There are more difficulties than new opportunities.
Well, the cherry on my sad cake: this page describes the entry into the "intellectual". Can you find out in a reasonable time which of the programs belong to the original "intellectual", and which are to the gymnasium? The page should inform the applicants, but at the same time should support the illusion of a merger. As a result, the information is in a state of porridge, and in our universe a little more entropy becomes.
It was difficult for me to write this text: I am a participant in the conflict between the "intellectual" and the gymnasium, it makes me a lot in the words and actions of my colleagues with the initiative, but these are only emotions, and reason repeats to me that the enemies are not them. They simply protect their way, like us; They have the right not to want to be like us. And who then are enemies? I cover my eyes, and an unknown dark force hanging over the place for me ... I open my eyes and see only bureaucrats, which have never really explained even why it was all needed.
