On January 27, in the Tver District Court of Moscow, Irina Yatsenko was fined ten thousand rubles for a single picket. The activist shares his impressions of one day in the Moscow court.

For a long time I could not figure out what to write about this ... The retelling of this farce is pointless - yes, for me this action was new and very cognitive. But for my friends and like -minded people who were delayed under this article more than once, all this is already completed. And the whole discussion now comes down to one for them: to pay me a fine or not.

I could list the laws and articles that were violated during my detention - starting from Article 31 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation to acts of the Venetian Commission on Human Rights. But, again, who is interesting in our country besides us?

Then I realized that for me personally in the trial, the most outrageous became in the trial. And this is what I want to write about.

Many of my friends came to the trial, and as witnesses (whom the judge, of course, did not consider it necessary to interview), and simply for moral support. And, of course, many of them photographed our entire crowd not only near the court building, but also in the corridor. And, of course, the bailiff, in accordance with all the importance of the role of a small person endowed with the authorities, forbade us to do this.

A retreat should be made here. For the first time, the prohibition was collided with the ban on the corridor of the court when she was present at Olga Mazurova, who was about a month ago in the same Tver court . She was then tried for a walk with the Constitution on December 12, 2015. Then the bailiffs threatened the protocols for photos on the phone in the corridor several times. I did not know the rules of conduct in court at that time, so I tried not to shine particularly. But my heightened sense of justice told me that the bailiff had no right to prohibit me to photograph the court in the corridor.

Later, having studied this issue in detail, I realized that my inner outrage was absolutely justified, and wrote on this subject a detailed post with links to laws.

So. While the judge periodically consulted with itself, we, of course, took pictures of each other, and when I saw the bailiff, I began to threaten us with preventive measures, I was outraged. It is not forbidden to shoot in the corridor of the court! And, therefore, you can. Of course, the bailiff has his own thoughts in this regard. Oleg Dmitrievich - magnificent, I am not afraid of this word, a cool human rights activist. Special thanks to him for the help in court. As a true lawyer and defender, Oleg Dmitrievich, explained to us that at the entrance of the court building, on the contrary, a piece of behavior in the court of the court, signed by the chairman of the Tver District Court, was hanging on the framework of the framework. And one of the points of these rules is just a point prohibiting the shooting in the court building without a special permission for the chairman of the court. I could not photograph these rules for the already indicated reason ...

So, Oleg Dmitrievich explained that yes, the chairman of the court violates the law, prohibiting the shooting in the court building. Yes, we can complain about him to a higher authority: to the chairman of the Moscow City Court. But the same piece of paper hangs there, and the chairman of the Moscow Court also violates the law.

We laughed and decided not to nervous the bailiff. Of course, they did not stop taking pictures, but they did it so that he did not see.

And in connection with all this story, one thought does not give me rest. After all, the bailiff probably knows that by fulfilling the obviously illegal order of the chairman of the court, he himself becomes a violator. And it would seem that such a trifle is the shooting in the corridor of the court! But listen! Our whole life consists of such trifles! Today, the bailiff in court, endowed with certain power powers, prohibits taking pictures in the corridor, having no legal grounds for that, and tomorrow the police illegally delay a person with a poster against the arbitrariness of the police and corruption of the authorities ...

It all starts with the little things. And the bailiff is just a small person who, with all the zeal of his slave consciousness, is ready to press the one who will argue with the decision of the leader.

On the other hand, a judge. A person endowed with the judicial authority. Called to perform justice. Follow compliance with legality and law and order. The person is independent and subordinate only to the constitutions and other legislative acts. You see, yes, why am I getting? ..

Here is a judge-just a person who has all the powers in order to make an independent decision based on facts, and not on speculation. But why then does the judge reading the indictment have a voice trembling? And why are sheets tremble so much in her hands? Is she a gopher too? A little man, like the bailiff?

And who then is the agronomist? ..
