“My reaction will be a response to your actions,” Savchenko answered in Ukrainian and began to read out a complaint about the actions of the court, which she decided to send Elle Pamfilova to the human rights to Russia in Russia.

Savchenko wrote to Pamfilova about the systematic “infringement of the Ukrainian language”. “Last time, the convoy called the Ukrainian language“ Churban ”. Interrogation

Another lawyer Savchenko Mark Feigin (along with Polozov, he defended Pussy Riot and Ilya Goryachev, found guilty of creating a “combat organization of Russian nationalists”; the latter received a life sentence) encouraged all those present, importantly declaring: “Today is a responsible day, because the protection will present very significant documents that change the whole picture of the prosecution.” Feigin did not deceive - it really happened at the end of the meeting.

In the meantime, Feigin asked the judge to begin a second interrogation of Savchenko (the first was back in September 2015). However, the meeting on February 1 was similar to the interrogation, because the Ukrainian pilot was practically not asked, but she talked about her life - and in great detail about the events of June 17, 2014, which ended with her captivity by the fighters of the self -proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic.

Savchenko said that in childhood she went to the only Ukrainian school in her area of ​​Kyiv and spoke only in Ukrainian, because she liked Ukrainian more Russian, although because of this they asked if she had come from the village. “I practically did not know the Russian language, I understood it, but I did not talk on it. I did not have any hatred of the Russian language and Russian-speaking people, ”Savchenko said in Russian.

Savchenko recalled how she served in the Ukrainian army, in the anti-aircraft missile platoon, although she never shot from “anti-aircraft guns” because she was told that “a shot from a choke is standing like a“ Zhigul ”.” “In my military II it is written:“ I passed retraining to the specialty of the shooter. ” A shooter from a machine gun. Savchenko refused to talk about her participation in the Euromaidan 2013-2014. “I will say one thing: these are our internal affairs, this is my business, for what ideals I came there. There is no crime for the Russian court, no matter how the Russian authorities want to consider, ”she said. Instead, the pilot began to talk about Crimea.

“Our Crimea does not go through the criminal case,” the judge interrupted.

- I asked me not to interrupt. I will talk about the Crimea, ”Savchenko answered and talked about the blockade of the Ukrainian military units in Crimea in the spring of 2014. Judge Stepanenko stopped objecting.

“I was called [Ukrainian military] from the Crimea day and night. With the shouts “What are you doing there? What do we do? On the contrary, there is a Russian boy, with whom we were in Kerch on the exercises. We look at each other through the sight of the machine gun,” recalled Savchenko.

The pilot told how the commander of one squadron in Crimea ordered the whole morning to go out with passports and quickly gave the command "on the sides". “In about five minutes, the squadron was blown up, and all the planes flew to Nikolaev. It was a feat. The Russians did not dare to shoot down flying aircraft, and they did not shoot. The pilots left their families, who began to be subjected to terror - women with children were thrown out of dormitories. My heart was torn, ”said Savchenko.

In the zone of “anti -terrorist operation” (ATO) in the Donbass, the pilot continued, she went on vacation. In particular, in Kramatorsk in the spring of 2014, she and other military was at the airfield when the separatists suddenly began to shell. “A pair of young soldiers with a fright opened fire, and this was recorded by cameras. The next few hours, Savchenko spoke in detail about the events of June 17, 2014, when she was detained near Lugansk. Especially for interrogation, she painted several cards with colored pencils, on which she showed what time, how and where she moved and what she saw. The third lawyer Savchenko Ilya Novikov stuck the topographic map of the area with tape to the wall, and Savchenko took a laser pointer along it.

Petitions

On this the story of Savchenko was interrupted by lawyers, who, realizing that on Monday the court clearly did not have time to finish the interrogation, began to submit “very significant documents changing the whole picture of the prosecution”, which Feigin promised in the morning.

The lawyer Novikov unexpectedly took out a photograph of an unshaven complete man. “This man’s name is Pavel Karpov, he is known in the LPR by calling himself a curator from Putin. This man is lit in the Bourn case, ”Novikov said. The New Gazeta said that Karpov was a “freelance assistant” by the presidential administration employee Nikita Ivanov and supervised the right -wing radicals (the defendants in the Borna case declared the same).

But there is accurate information that Karpov discussed the captured woman-sniper from [at that time by the head of the LPR] Valery Bolotov, ”the defender noted. In his opinion, this is evidenced by these wiretaps that Novikov provided in the Ukrainian SBU.

Savchenko found out in the photograph of a man who allegedly took her from Lugansk to the territory of Russia. “He was the senior in the procedure for transferring me to Russia, he took my documents and the phone from Plotnitsky in Lugansk,” she said.

Nevertheless, the judge rejected the petition for the call of Karpov and Bolotov.

Then the lawyer Novikov asked to call the senior investigator in special cases of the IC of Russia Dmitry Manshin to the court. The main investigator in the case of Savchenko, according to the defense, falsified the case file and interrogation protocols. In addition, the lawyer Novikov said that he suddenly met him in the Basmanny court, where, as part of the case, Savchenko was interrogated on the video broadcast of the VGTRK operator Viktor Denisov. “We are convinced that Manshin manipulated the victim’s testimony,” said Novikov (the victim Denisov survived during the shelling, as a result of which Voloshin and Korneluk died).

Finally, Novikov said, he has a wiretapping of Manshin’s conversation with the assistant Plotnitsky Evgeny Kolomiyts (he came to Savchenko’s court as a witness), where they “very nicely” discuss the future meeting in Russian Donetsk. All wiretaps and decisions of the court allowing them were legally received in the SBU by the Ukrainian colleague, the lawyer said.

When the judge decided to clarify something about the process of listening to the SBU with Novikov, the lawyer answered with a smile: “You ask that I am an employee of the SBU. Many people think so, but I'm just a poor Russian lawyer. ” Judge Stepanenko suddenly spoke about the presumption of innocence.
