On Kadyrov's Instagram there is no longer a video with Mikhail Kasyanov in sight

A video with PARNAS leader Mikhail Kasyanov and party deputy chairman Vladimir Kara-Murza in the optical sight of a weapon has disappeared from the Instagram of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov. Kommersant reports this.

Kadyrov later stated on Instagram that the post with this video was deleted by the administration of the social network. “I always honestly and openly express and write my opinion,” writes the head of Chechnya. “But as soon as I said a few words about the watchdogs of the USA, they immediately deleted the post on Instagram. This is the vaunted freedom of speech in the American way! You can write whatever you want, but don’t touch the dogs of America, friends of the State Department and Congress. You know very well who I’m talking about!”

Vedomosti reported , citing an Instagram representative, that Kadyrov’s post was removed “for violating the rules of the service” because it violates the requirement to respect other members of the Instagram community.” The newspaper recalled that the administration of the social network deletes posts that contain threats and calls for violence.

A short video with a view of Kasyanov through a gun sight and the caption “Kasyanov came to Strasbourg to get money for the Russian opposition. Those who don’t understand will understand!”, accompanied by symbols of bags of dollars, was published on Kadyrov’s Instagram on the night of February 1. At some point, Kara-Murza also appears in the frame. The video for the montage was taken from a Lifenews material under the headline “Kasyanov came to Strasbourg to get money for the Russian opposition.”

Chairman of the People's and Freedom Party Mikhail Kasyanov and deputy chairman Vladimir Kara-Murza regarded the publication on Instagram of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyv as a direct incitement to murder and announced their intention to contact law enforcement agencies.

Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov promised to comment on Ramzan Kadyrov’s Instagram video “in the evening,” citing the fact that the Kremlin does not study the Chechen leader’s social networks.
