According to RIA Novosti, on Tuesday, borrowers held a flash mob at the office of the bank, putting on garbage bags with leaflets glued to them. They demanded a meeting with the chairman of the Bank of the Bank Sergey Monin, chanting "Monin, come out!"

Interfax clarifies that the dissatisfaction of the mortgages caused the administration’s proposal to restructure currency loans to ruble at the current internal exchange rate of 12.7 percent per annum. The borrowers themselves insist on the recount of loans based on the exchange rate of 40 rubles per dollar.

According to both these agencies, about 10 people participated in the bank’s shares. Meanwhile, the rain reports that the protesters were about 40. Meanwhile, the mortgage center has stopped working for about 14 hours, when the protesters only appeared to the office.

As the rain notes, the bank employees refuse to talk with demonstrators, agreeing only to negotiations with each client separately. During these negotiations, protesters say, mortgages are forced to return the keys to the apartments received on credit, threatening to otherwise declare customers bankrupt. There is information that some of the borrowers succumbed to this pressure and refused housing.

About 100 protesters at Delta-Credit blocked the 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya street. About 20 police officers stopped the action, replacing the demonstrators from the roadway. At least two demonstrators were detained.

The next day, the spokesman of Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov said that the currency mortgages themselves made their choice and have now encountered one of the problems, "which people have to deal with in difficulties." The authorities of the country, the official also noticed, cannot offer borrowers of ready -made solutions to their problems.
