Three residents of the Moscow district of Ramenki, who were detained on the afternoon of February 3 while trying to prevent construction equipment from entering the park, were released without drawing up reports of an administrative offense. They were required to appear when called to draw up protocols at the Internal Affairs Directorate for the closed joint-stock company.
According to lawyer Sergei Panchenko, who came to the police department to defend the detainees, police officers drew up reports of violations under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code.
Earlier, one of the detainees, mother of many children, Irina Sentsova, was from the police department. The remaining detainees were informed that they would be kept in the police department for 48 hours.
