
Judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow Maria Sizintseva during the next meeting in the case of civil activist Irina Kalmykova, who fled to Ukraine, announced the defendant on the federal wanted list. This was reported by RAPSI. As journalist Anastasia Zotova, Sizintseva, also arrested Kalmykova in absentia on her FB page. Such a measure is provided for part 2 of Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (suspension of criminal proceedings).
At the same time, Zotova notes , Sizintseva did not suspend the consideration of the case. The next meeting is scheduled for March 14. Then it is supposed to report the institution of the search for the defendant.
The case against Kalmykova is open under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violations at rallies), which provides for up to five years of the colony. The activist was charged with five episodes. The first is the inconsistent procession along Myasnitskaya Street on December 5, 2014 with the slogan "Kiev - tomorrow Moscow". The second is a disagreed picket in support of Nadezhda Savchenko and other political zones on January 26, 2015 on Lubyanskaya Square.
