Such a measure is provided for part 2 of Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (suspension of criminal proceedings).

The case against Kalmykova is open under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violations at rallies), which provides for up to five years of the colony. The activist was charged with five episodes. The first is the inconsistent procession along Myasnitskaya Street on December 5, 2014 with the slogan "Kiev - tomorrow Moscow". The second is a disagreed picket in support of Nadezhda Savchenko and other political zones on January 26, 2015 on Lubyanskaya Square.
