135 years ago, on February 4, 1881, Marshal Kliment Efremovich Voroshilov, a long -term people's commissar for defense of the USSR, was born.
He did not acquire the commander’s laurels, but he played an outstanding role in repressions against the command staff of the Red Army during the years of the Stalinist terror.
He wrote with satisfaction about the repressed commanders: "Now all these scum of people are eliminated, destroyed as a vile infection."
