Activists of the St. Petersburg "Youth Apple" went to Nevsky Prospekt with an impromptu mailbox to collect written apologies to Ramzan Kadyrov. Thus, they tried to draw attention to "lawlessness emanating from the leadership of the Chechen Republic."
