In recent weeks, the situation of the Russian government has worsened. The British court mentioned Vladimir Putin in his report on the causes of death of Alexander Litvinenko, and the representative of the US Department of Finance said : the Russian president - corruption. These circumstances gradually turn Putin into a kind of "leaked" international policy, with which there are fewer and fewer state leaders will decide on an open dialogue. For me, one mention of the President’s name as a potential criminal is already a reason for his resignation. And if you take into account in what terrible situation the economy and ordinary citizens of Russia are located, then Putin should have resigned a long time. So that in such conditions, Russia can get out of the crisis pit and move on to economic growth and development, global political changes are primarily necessary. And they are possible only for the condition that we understand what the real level of support has the current Russian government and personally V.V. Putin.

Putin and the Russian government have the highest levels of public support, however, to consider the surveys carried out by the Prochrevsky sociological centers is simply stupid. Even if the independent Levada Center declares a slight decrease in the rating of Vladimir Putin -this does not play a significant role. Especially when propaganda TV is repeating daily: "No one except Putin! We will rally around Putin!" In one of my articles, I asked readers to answer the question: "Do you trust Vladimir Putin?" The result turned out to be very interesting, he made me think: well, where is this countless army of supporters of the president? Or maybe it simply does not exist? It is clear what power the real indicators of the Kremlin rating can have, which seems to be ready to fight with the whole world in order to maintain power. What to say about the overestimation of your own ratings! I received 884 answers to my question. Only 23 people, 3%, said that they support the president.

In your opinion, is it easy to determine the real level of popularity of one or another policy? If you have money for such a study, then it seems to be easy. But at the same time you need to remember: if you begin to interrogate citizens on the streets of the cities of Russia, FSB officers may be related to you. After all, the result of such a study is not only virtual, but also purely practical in nature: having reliable data relatively low level of public support, as well as the contacts of dissatisfied, you become a real political force that is able to evaluate the actions of the authorities. Assessing power, you control it!

Imagine that we do not have any money for such a study of public opinion, but there is a desire to understand how many people do not support power. How to be? You can use the petition service that allows you to collect signatures of ordinary people, maintaining their anonymity.

The Constitution of the Russian Federation suggests that a citizen, dissatisfied with the authorities, may invite her to resign. In any case, the society will win from such a petition. If the society supports the power of the President of the Russian Federation and the signatures under the petition will be a little, we will say: what a well done Vladimir Vladimirovich! But if the petition collects a significant number of signatures, then we will conclude: and it is time to resign Vladimir Putin.

Usually in public opinion polls there is the possibility of an answer "yes (or agree) and" no (or disagree). " To distort the results of the survey, it is enough to bring a certain number of "custom" voters-on the Internet this is easily done with a trolling, and you get a distorted result. The petition provides an opportunity only to agree with the opinion presented in it - which excludes the voting "against". This is a study on the principle of "only against", using a kind of "antitroll default".

Why is it important for us to know how many citizens of Russia do not agree with the policy of the Russian authorities and personally V.V. Putin? Why is it important to express our common position? Oppositionally thinking should be understood: they are not alone, their point of view shares many people. Over the past one and a half decades, the Kremlin has done a lot so that ordinary citizens have no opportunity to express their opinion on socially important problems. Just remember when the last time the authorities asked your opinion regarding the fate of Russia? Or do you remember honest elections in Russia? No, no one ever asks us! Our petition is an opportunity to express our point of view.
