Irina Kalmykova, accused of “repeated violations” at pickets and having left Russia, was put on the wanted list and arrested in absentia . Lawyers for Ildar Dadin, sentenced to three years in prison under the same article, filed a full appeal against the verdict .

For the third time in a month, the Boris Nemtsov memorial on the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge was destroyed . Everything follows the same pattern: activists on duty on the bridge are detained - supposedly a fight was reported - and Gormost employees, meanwhile, are taking away flowers, photographs and everything else.

Rostov journalist Sergei Reznik, sent to a colony for critical statements on social networks, was denied parole .

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, published a video on Instagram in which the chairman of PARNAS Mikhail Kasyanov and his deputy Vladimir Kara-Murza are visible through an optical sight, with the caption “Whoever does not understand, will understand.” The same words appeared on Kadyrov’s blog the day before Kara-Murza’s poisoning. The video has now been deleted by the social network administration. Kasyanov wrote a statement to the FSB and the Investigative Committee.

Detentions

Mezak was taken to court, but the judge dismissed the case after finding errors in the police report drawn up against the human rights activist on March 2, 2015.

In Penza, there has been a debate for more than nine months about whether it is possible to lay flowers at the monument to Lenin on his birthday. The court twice dismissed the case of three members of the local branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, detained on April 22, 2015, but the police appealed the court decisions each time. In December, the district court sentenced them to a fine of ten thousand rubles, but on February 4, 2016, the Penza Regional Court overturned this decision .
