One of the activists, Andrei Zubko, who was detained today during a gathering of local residents against the construction of a road on the site of a public garden in Ramenki, is going to be left overnight in the Ramenki police station. He is charged with article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer).
The remaining six detainees - Mikhail Prolikov, Dmitry Rogov, Olga Mordovina, Olga Kulikova, Vasily Kapitonov and Sergey Moreev were released from the police department without protocols after they wrote explanations. As Dmitry Rogov told OVD-Info, all those who were released signed an obligation at the police department to appear on Friday at the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Western District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow on Lobachevsky Street.
According to the municipal deputy of the Ramenki district, Marina Ivlieva, there is another detainee at the Ramenki police department, named Khlystov, who was detained for filming the gathering on camera.
