The proposal of the director of the Institute for the Analysis of Political Infrastructure Eugene Tunik to cancel all the elections in Russia until sanctions are removed from it, it fits perfectly into the already habitually delusional series of deputy and political initiatives of the third Putin term: cancel hours, prohibit cowards, fine for cats of cats. The main goal of such statements, as a rule, is the entry of their author in the news tape, and Mr. Tunik is no exception: the Medusa publication quickly found out that the Tunik is a businessman from the Magadan region, not noticed in political science, but all news editions were written about the cancellation of the elections, and now in search of Yandex the word “political scientist” will always be entrusted. Even in the State Duma, this bold thought was officially declared a provocation, and it would seem that you can close this topic and forever forget the crazy heroostratus - if not for another news that coincided in time with a sensational initiative.

Another index of the state of affairs in the country, published by the Levada Center, shows that the level of depressive sentiments among the population of the Russian Federation reached the maximum in the history of observations. The postcrymist euphoria replaced with uncertainty in tomorrow and the complex of the besieged fortress: Russians, according to sociologists, are more and more experienced by fear and envy of the world around them, blame the reforms of the early 1990s, refuse to consider Russia Europe and want to return to the USSR. Around the enemies that will be tomorrow - God news, special hopes and prospects is not visible, I want to hide in the past, where the grass was greener. And these sentiments (pretty warmed up, in fairness, the policy of state media in recent years) master the masses, for a second, six months before the parliamentary elections.

Even if you talk about the elections from the point of view of the conditional party in power-this party needs to be released with some kind of political proposal, pronounce some words and perform actions that are knocked out of the usual background. There is no, of course, the topic “We are in the ring of enemies and we need to rally” from an electoral point of view is quite promising-but in addition to this statement of a long-known fact during the election campaign, something else should happen. Something that inspires hopes, inspires trust, makes you pay attention to these damn elections, in the end.

But in 2016, such homeopathic methods do not work: stability is destroyed by the hands of the Party of Power itself, no one believes in the fight against corruption (and corruption itself seems to have already become part of the usual life background for voters), promises to raise a pension another two and a half rubles against the backdrop of universal rise in price and non -payment - and not the fact that these rubles will be found in budget. And to win the elections-even taking into account the creative centrisburkom technologies-somehow it is necessary, and even more so we are dealing with a patient in depression, which means that he will need potent funds.

We note that a set of drugs that can remove the electorate out of gloom is quite limited. This, in the end, is the institutions of Western democracy, insidiously imposed on us on the ruins of the USSR - and clearly invented by the Rothschilds in the secret Laboratory of the CIA.

So, the proposal to cancel the elections, no matter how wild it sounds today, by the fall of 2016 it will turn out to be only a small part of the whole package of the most wild initiatives, laws, power and administrative measures, the purpose of which is, in fact, to win these elections.
