Judge Cheremushkinsky District Court of Moscow Victoria Bodnar sentenced the resident of the capital's district the warm camp Kirill Kuprin by 10 days of administrative arrest for participating in the protest against the construction of the hotel next to his house. This was announced on Twitter by the lawyer of the project "Progressive Law" Vitaly Seerukanov, representing the interests of the detainees for the shares.
Bodnar declared Kuprin guilty under part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal request of the policeman). “It's a shame even to the police,” said Seerukanov.
The preparation of the decision in the case of Kuprin took two hours from Bodnar.
Seerukanov also wrote : "People are still perplexed why they are judged, and not a single paid provocateur was even detained."
Later, at the VK page, "Defenders of the warm camp" reported that the detained Ivan Solomatin Bodnar arrested for 12 days, Mikhail Lomakin - by 10, and Ivan Shvedko , Sergey Ulita and Mikhail Saliev for 7 days.
The seventh detained, Alexander Uvarov, was released from the court. What is connected with, the city defenders did not explain. It is possible that the maximum 48 hours, which the detainee can be in custody without sanction, expired before considering his case. In fact, the majority of the city defenders were already condemned after two days from the moment of actual detention, however, in the police detention protocols they could be dated to a later time in violation of the law.
Earlier, the OTD-Info reported that eight people left before the trial. Meanwhile, the city defenders mentioned only the seven activists delivered to the court. What explains this discrepancy is unknown.
The protest in the warm camp took place after lunch on Saturday near house 128 on the trade union street. She took place in the form of a meeting with the municipal deputy Sergei Vasiliev. At the end of the meeting, an unknown, who was among the demonstrators, threw a fire on the fenced area of the construction site. After that, the riot police pulled out the first citizen from the crowd and pushed him to the police bus.
The demonstrators began to prevent the bus, but their efforts were unsuccessful. Then, in protest against the construction and detention of activists, they blocked the trade union street.
In total, about 10 people were delivered to the OP "Teply Stan". Two of them - Sergey Kolpakov and a certain man of 67 years old - later released that evening. The rest were left in the police before the court. On Sunday, relatives were made to the detainees. Meanwhile, the police did not allow the detainee to get acquainted with the materials of affairs.
The 22-story hotel is supposed to be built on the site of the square and a one-story building, in which shops and post offices are placed. "Moreover, what kind of building will it be, it is not clear - either apartments with parking, or a hotel for migrants. In any case, in the area built up 40 years ago, with the corresponding infrastructure in the form of schools and kindergartens, clinics and parking lots, and so on, a calm and comfortable life will end. There is not a single resident who was satisfied with this dubious urban planning decision," the one VK page "Defenders of the warm camp".
Opponents of construction receive threats. On February 1, the local municipal deputy Mikhail Gromov was brutally beaten. He received serious injuries and ended up in the hospital. At the same time, the construction guards said to the police that Gromov himself attacked them, and also damaged the property - a fence and parked cars.
